I am rejecting this response because: I was never told about getting any discount on my next order and on my receipt I did not see non refundablenever told them I like the cake really they got me upset because we had to wait for them to get the cake readyThat was the reason I order in November to make sure everything was going to be rightyes they gave me warm icicing to put on the I was pressing for time only two days before ChristmasThis really was not my job to do anything to the cake that why I paid for there serviceI was told to keep it in a cool place whitch was my garage the icing never got hard kept running down into the boxthe icing was made to thin which I couldn't tell until I got home with it because it was in a containerIt was suppose to be a sheet cake you can see from the photos that it was two cakes put together side by sideIf the icing had been right you wouldn't even notice the divide lineI was made very poor and I'm very disappointed trying to support black own businessAnd it put me a lot of stress trying to find other means of desserts for my guess at the last minute that was the very reason I order early to avoid this type of thingI feel like the bakery own me a refund for all the trouble they put me throughI willnot be doing business with them againAnd when I show the cake to others they also willnot do business with the bakeryThat is no way to treat a customerI would like a full refund

I want to emphasize that she didn’t complain about the quality just about the way it looked. She didn’t even try it.
