Review: Overall I received poor customer service, and it took an excessive time to receive a simple book order. Ordered a book online on 1/13/14, to be shipped via standard domestic shipping from VA to CO. Nataraj Books (an independent vendor for [redacted]) indicated the book was shipped on 1/14/14, but did not provide tracking information. As of 1/22/14, the book had not arrived. Sent an email inquiry on 1/22/14 to their Customer Service email address. It took them 3 days to respond. The [redacted] tracking information I received from them only had 1 entry, which stated that [redacted] received it for shipment in New Jersey on 1/22/14, a whopping 8 days from the date Nataraj told me it had been shipped. The distance between VA and NJ is driveable in 6 hours, so why did it take 8 days to get from Nataraj Books to [redacted]? I wonder if the book really got shipped on 1/14/14. I find it unusual that 1/22/14 is the first tracking date that [redacted] shows, and that coincidentally is the same date that I made my initial inquiry to Nataraj Books. Nataraj Books puts all the blame on [redacted]. In their email to me on 1/27/14, they promised they would inquire with [redacted] why it took so long to get from VA to NJ. I have heard nothing from them since that date. Subsequent [redacted] tracking info stated on several different entries that my shipment would be delivered on 1/28/14, but it did not arrive until 1/29/14, a full 16 days after I placed the order. In this day and age, I never dreamed that it would take a full 12 business days plus 4 weekend days to receive one book sent via a standard shipping method.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $14.29. I don't believe they earned what I paid them. Their customer service response time to my initial inquiry was poor. It took 16 full days to receive my order. I still don't have answers to the information they promised to provide me.

Review: I am writing this in regards to a recent order with Nataraj Books. I ordered a book with Nataraj Books but through [redacted]. [redacted] Order Number was [redacted]. But after I had ordered, and well before the shipment of the order, I cancelled my order through [redacted]. Then I also called Nataraj Books directly and, had conveyed that I have cancelled the order and, not to process it. Then I sent Nataraj Books an email to that effect as well. After all that, and LATER ON, they still shipped the book!!! I called [redacted] and took up this issue. Nataraj Books has the audacity to say that I should pay for the shipment of the book back and also that they will charge me re-stocking fees. Mind you, according to [redacted]'s policy of cancellation, cancelling an order before shipment, the buyer should not have to pay for shipment and/ or re-stocking fees. Nataraj Books is still insisting that I have to pay for the shipment and, the re-stocking fees. I found the behavior of Nataraj Books to be completely unprofessional, arrogant and audacious. They truly do not know how to do business fairly and honestly. Kindly take note of this and resolve at your earliest.
