Review: My name is [redacted] am making a complaint to Natasha Multiservice Corp this is place where help you find room or apartments but they promises they going to find apartment they sent different place that they are renting every time I went they told me I am not renting any room or apartment and when I went back to them they told me that they already renting and onetime I went where the agency send me and the landlord told me that he was not renting anything at the time that the agency could be just stilling the movie and I already paid 350 and I would like my money back. I really need my money to support my 4 children's. Thank you so much on taking the time and helping me on resolve the issues...Desired Settlement: I would like my money back

Review: On the month of August my family and I, we were looking for and apartment to rent as soon as possible. (My wife was pregnant and she was due at the end of august)My dad saw an announcement on the street of an real estate that was renting an apartment for $1.900, I went to the agency inmediatly, the employee (Lina) told that they had that apartment but in order for her to give me the address I will have to sign their policy paper and give her half of the deposit, but we just had $750. And she asked her boss if we could pay them later he said yes. Latter she call the owner of the apartment he never answered since it was late she told us to come back tomorrow early, my dad went in the morning and the owner still didn't picked up. Lina stared to give my dad another apartments. We never saw the apartment of $1900 after a week she told us that that apartment wasn't ready yet to rent and we asked for our money back and they said they couldn't do that and we tried to talk to the boss but they always said that he was not in the office we called many times and they blocked our number. We don't know what to do now they want to keep $750 for an apartment that we never saw.Desired Settlement: We just want our money back since they never actually help us find and apartment and made us waste our time

Review: I went to this business requesting assistance in finding an apartment. I was charge $400 in cash for this service. I was asked to sign a blank piece of paper. I was not given a copy of the signed document for my records. I was given a simple non itemized receipt for $400. The worker - [redacted] has not found me an apartment and now says they can (as per the paper I signed) take up to a year to find me an apartment. I consulted with a lincesed realtor who has informed me that this is an illegal practice. Additionally, when I initially met with the representative I was told the $400 fee was so they could show me apartments. After the fee was paid I was given a list of apartments and instructed to go on my own as they don't take customers to view apartments.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, and for this company to be fully investigated as they are exploiting immigrants in the Queens Community.

Review: I posted an ad on [redacted] renting a room in my apartment. An apartment which I own and this "real estate" took my [redacted] posting, charged a couple $150 gave them my address and sent them to my house. I did not hire them to rent my room. I never even heard of them. When I went to ask them to stop and to plead with them to please give the couple their money back, they denied they ever charged them. When I showed them the stamped and signed receipt from their agency they denied it still.Furthermore, when I was in their establishment, there were other people there with the same complaint and there were people there that had been given addresses to see apartments and when they went, no one opened the door.Desired Settlement: I just want my tenants to get their money back.

Review: This people say they have apartments available. They take your money 300 $ but the reality is they dont have any apartments, they send you to apartments that are not being rented, that were at one moment rented, and to apartments where simply no one will open the door. They use the public free information on [redacted] that are free to the public but they charge for it.I went to 4 places out of those I saw one and it ended up being 400 $ MORE OF WHAT I COULD AFFORD ASIDE FROM PAYING THEM I HAD TO PAY 120 MORE TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE BUILDING FOR AN APPLICATION.They also say to be a working agency that will find you a job, and even offer I.d.'s. I found this out afterwards.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back, they lied to me they said they had apartments when they didnt even know the landlords. I paid them for walking around and looking while I could have done that.
