If I could give 0 stars, I would. Earlier this year, I ordered and paid for skincare products from Dr. Sandy's website for $148.75 on 1/25/2019. I asked for delivery updates with no answers. I did not receive the package until 3/1/2019, which I rejected due to extremely late delivery. Dr. Sandy's company has refused to respond to any of my emails and telephone calls regarding a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM DR. SANDY'S WEBSITE. They are unprofessional and have poor customer service skills. I expected better because of the celebrity co-signs but I should have done my research. THIS IS A SCAM.

Please avoid her at all cost . She's not a certified dermatologist . After going to my REAL dermatologist in Stamford,CT. I was told she not in the data base system . As a recent college grad and dealing with outside stress it felt as if I was going through Hell. Not only is she disorganized but very condescending. Her New York office is sketchy , you can hear her speak with her patients . I have spent over $2000 for injections and it only made my condition worse . She's rude and unprofessional. I have cried everyday after the treatment because I looked horrible but she didn't care. She charged me to remove my injections and didn't offer any time of refund. I When I told her I hated them she insisted in BLOCKING ME on Instagram. I wish I had read the reviews before going to her. She is not to be trusted. She is also not a certified dermatologist. Please do your research before going to anyone who a so called "celeb doctor". I will most more reviews else where because from the bottom of my heart I don't wish her on anybody . I never review online NEVER but after this encounter? Wow. Just pathetic.

She mind guesses your treatments and I have seen people sitting there for HOURS waiting just to see her. LISTEN. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SKIN...go to a REAL CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST . My doctor laughed me when he found out what happened because he said I should have done my research. Just because you have "CELEB" in front of your instagram name doesn't make you qualified to work on people skin. I literally sat right in front of her and explained my situation CRYING my eyes out. Only to just watch her give me a COLD stare then STILL! charge me. I told her I have school loans, I TRAVELED FROM STAMFORD TO NEW YORK every visit. Ugh, I just hate to do this but I HAVE TO warn others. Please please please if you're reading this just listen and find somebody else.

Please be aware this complaint was sent to wrong office. All matters of shipments regarding products involves a separate location and team in Maryland and is related to skincare products and not patients directly treated by Dr Sandy.[redacted] requested products from Website after hearing...

a patient mention our name on the radio. This site was customarily for our patients only however with an influx of external orders and a manufacturer delay, items were backordered and a mass email and automated call was sent out to all of those consumers who ordered products. Customers we given options to cancel and/or receive items as they come back in stock. Our records show that via different modes of communication namely telephone and via email, mixed messages were expressed by complainant for resolution. It appears she emailed that she would want refund ( which we initially offered to all customers with backordered products) then she apparently changed suggest she would wait for product on more than one occasion. This mixed message also appears to have delivered through phone communication and the source of this complaint. As with the other consumers with clear, definitive communication, a press of a button cou ld deliver a mere $96 refund for products that have been "validated"that it was received. Please see refund provide [redacted] Card Details Authorization Key [redacted]. Other consumers that clear requested a legitimate refund have been provided with one. Review: I ordered 2 products to be delivered via fedex and I have not a confirmation # or tracking details. I checked the [redacted] website on whois and found that the website domain will be expiring in 5 months and the activity is 0, which is suspicious. My order should have been delivered yesterday since I paid for next day delivery. Total $112.00. I sent several emails and found that doctor on [redacted]. I had to reactivate my [redacted] account and send her messages there for all to see (about 15 mins ago) with my order # [redacted]. Now, as I type this, guess what? I just received an email from [redacted]. I am concerned. Please help me receive the products or refund. Thanks.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or credit to my card I used.

Review: I heard about Natasha Sandy, M.D. from a Radio personality who spoke highly of their product so I decided to do some research and purchased three of her products online [redacted] I placed the order on 2/**/2015 and purchased 11x EltaMD UV Daily Broad-Spectrum SPF 40 - EltaMD UV Daily Broad-Spectrum SPF 40 for $24.00 ,1x Polished Acne Pads - POLISHED Acne pads for $25.00 each and 1x Polished Complexion Correction HQ - POLISHED Complexion Correction for $72.00 each. After placing my order I didn't hear anything or received anything. I issued an email seeking a tracking number on March *,2015 no reply so I then call their office and spoke with a [redacted] and explained by reason for the call. I was advised that the products were on back order the following week and still no update. I made several calls either requesting for a full refund or the products. I spoke with [redacted] several more times and was just given the run around to the point I just lost it. [redacted] advised that Dr. Natasha Sandy talking with the company who ships their products and after waiting another month. I was finally received a small box at my door. Once I opened the box there was only one product!!! in that box and the was only the 1x Polished Acne Pads - POLISHED Acne pads. I had to call their office and spoke with [redacted]. I advised her there's only one product was shipped and someone wrote on the invoice "follow back" Once again was told I will look into this I was told I would be a call back didn't happen. I asked for a refund for the two products I was told she will look into it so decided to give them two no update . I had to send a threatening email stating I was going to report them the Revdex.com. [redacted] then sent me an email on May **,2015 I was sent two products and one of my product in still on back order but yet there still selling the same products!!!! Their no longer taking my calls I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR OR THE REFUND FOR THE TWO PRODUCTS DIDN'T RECEIVE. IT's going on three months !!! Review: I purchased the PolisheD complexion pads x2 for $120.00. I did not receive a confirmation that the order was placed. This has been well over a week ago. I see that my card was charged, but I have not heard anything back. I have tried to contact someone, but I have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I want my order or my money back. Honestly it would be nice just to get my money back . If this is how business is handled, I don't want to deal with them again. I can find another dermatologist.
