Nate James Basketball Camp

My daughter was registered for camp the week of July 21st, 2015. When she arrived, she was completely overwhelmed at the fact she was one of very few girls there. She has never played before and wanted to go to camp to see if this was something she could pursue. She was so excited but became completely fearful and upset at the sight of so many boys. My dad was the one who brought her to camp that first day and once my daughter was having a complete meltdown and major anxiety, he decided to leave with her and states he went over to someone at the registration table to let them know. I am asking for a refund as my daughter did not attend this camp due to a special circumstance. This camp cost $100.00 for the week and they have deposited my check and have my money. I am trying to obtain a refund for this week of camp as my daughter did not attend. /////Business Response In order to participate in the camp each parent/guardian must sign a waiver. Part of that waiver states that refunds will not be issued for such instances. Should parents/guardians need information about our camp prior to enrolling their child in an effort to be sure the camp seems like a good match, we are more than happy to give that. We hope that our female enrollment increases, we are beyond proud of our girl campers thus far and we hope that the young lady mentioned finds a summer activity that will make her comfortable and happy.
