Greg, I am reaching out to you in response to an email you sent to us on November 17, 2016. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this as it was my understanding this matter was resolved. The credit of $was a credit available to you to use towards a lawn care
package from Nate’s Lawn Maintenance, Incin 2012. The credit has since expired. In an effort to resolve this matter and to gain a new customer I would be glad to extend the credit until February 15, 2017 for you to use towards a lawn care package. Please let me know if you would like us to quote a lawn care package for your yard.
