To whom it may concern,We have spent more time on this job than any other job this yearOn May 18th, Nathan went out to go over what projects *** and *** wanted to have completedBefore a bid was completed, *** called in and scheduled for us to come out on May 29thThe day before, May 28th, we
sent a bid to the email that was provided when making the originally appointmentThe ***’s claim we never sent one and we have provided documentation multiple times proving we did including a date and time stampBefore the start of the project, while Nathan and one of our plumbers were there, they never once asked for a bid or stated they did not receive a bid.The bid sent was for $2,683+ TaxThey are asking for a $3,invoice to be cut in half$is for taxes and Nate’s Plumbing does not receive that personallyThe ***’s requested an itemized receiptWe broke down each project to the most itemized that we provide that includes labor and material in oneThe ***’s are requesting information to break down what the cost of each part and time spent on each job took to completeAgain, this is more time for us to spend on a job we completed and they have refused to pay in the full amount.We have contacted and responded to their emails, letters, and Nathan took time out of his busy day to speak with the mediatorThe ***’s argument for what we charge is that they could hire a plumber under the table to complete these jobs or do it themselves at a cheaper costWe are a licensed and bonded, trusted company in the community we have overhead and bring a truck full of supplies to your front doorWe challenged them that if they could have completed it themselves or paid someone cheaper, then why was that company not hired?
