Sorry for the mix up on the 213 dollar charge. It was my insurance and not Natera.
However, I would also like a response on why an additional $3,000 was billed to my insurance months after $4,999 had already been approved for services rendered in July 2015. Once the $3,000 charge was denied, an appeal was started on my behalf by Natera.
I am also requesting information on this $3,000 charge (and the original $4,999 charge) so that I can understand exactly what charges Natera is billing my insurance for.
