We were hired to lay the Parking lot. We had everything level with the Basework to slope towards the side street. [redacted] hired concrete guys to install an approach while we were working. This was not agreed upon ! The concrete guys raised their forms too high making all of our work low.  ...

We explained this to [redacted] and he just threw his hands in the air and said to have it laid anyways. We had more base brought in and raised it more. It started raining again so we had to stop working. [redacted] let them use the Parking lot without our permission ! Tore up Basework. We still kept working. We laid the asphalt, put new car stops and striped it.    We advised [redacted] to keep the lot blocked off for 2 days. He wouldn't ! He opened it immediately and that is what caused the damage !

I am rejecting this response because:  I too have picture of the potholes that began to show up all around the parking lot.  My tenants can also be called in as witnesses.  If Mr. [redacted] was his partner on this job, why was I charged $800.00 for the repairs.  I have never asked for any extra work.  Mr. [redacted] did not honor the one year warranty that expires January 2016.  Just an FYI, my name is not [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: I want a refund. I want nothing to do with Mr. [redacted] for his lack of business practices.  I have all the texts that a San Antonio police officer (Badge #: [redacted], case number is [redacted]) saw, Mr. [redacted] is calling the police officer a liar.  I have submitted some of the text communications.  I can send the Revdex.com all of them if needed, but the site has only allowed me to send four of them. Mr. [redacted] is saying that he had reason to not finish the job, that has nothing to do with what he promised to do. He came and dumped a load of gravel in my driveway and drove off.  He did not level nor press the gravel as was agreed upon. Yet, he took off that day with my money. I want nothing further to do with this man, I want my money back from him. He did not do the job and now I must find someone else that is actually trustworthy and competent to do the job he left undone. Regards,[redacted]

I have call logs and text messages where it Proves I always answer ! My brother was a partner on this job and he completed it ! [redacted] is just one of those people that think they deserve more than they're worth ! I have before, during and after pictures, plus the call logs and text messages to prove he is a LIAR !
