I researched this matter.  Natgas, Inc. sent Ms. [redacted] a refund check on November 15, 2013.  It was returned (not deliverable as addressed) on 3/8/2014.  We would be happy to send Ms. [redacted] her refund, if she would provide a...

correct address.  I went through our phone records and did speak with her one time about this matter.
