June 28, Revdex.com Jefferson StNE STEA Albuquerque, NM RE: Complaint submitted 6/22/ID [redacted] Dears Sirs: Enclosed are clinical notes from Ms [redacted] and my notes to her husband, Mr [redacted] As noted Ms [redacted] was given notice of proposed procedures on 1/10/and 1/11/with treatment done on 1/11/ Whether I was a provider or not with Ms [redacted] 's Insurance Company, Delta Dental Of California, their Insurance Company denied payment It would seem Mr [redacted] 's complaint is with Delta Dental Of California and not meI have no control over what insurance companies elect to cover or not cover on procedures Please note, I performed treatment for Ms [redacted] that was indicated by both her General Dentist, DrS [redacted] and Endodontist, DrK [redacted] Left untreated such odontogenic cysts can cause loss of teeth and even hospitalization once these cysts become infected Ms [redacted] is still responsible for the $owed to my oral surgery practice Sincerely, Nathan D [redacted] , DDS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

I am rejecting this response because:How MrD*** got into the picture was not by *** ***'s primary dentist DrS*** he referred *** to DrK*** NOT DrD*** he came in after she was seen by K*** why was BOTH these dentist needed who knows double dipping tag team?
