Mr [redacted] had driven the car til the motor locked up I had refunded him $of his downpayment of $ I had replaced the motor which cost $which I offered Mr [redacted] to split the cost of the motor after he had signed at time of purchase an "AS IS" and not warranty, no trade-ins, no returns, no exceptions He was eager to return the $check and get his car back I spoke with consumer on 9/about picking the car up He came in 9/and am not sure what happened The car is still here I have done everything possible to help Mr [redacted] with this car and have gone above and beyond what would have been expected after the sale of the car to him

As a courtesy to Miss ***, I had her vehicle sent to *** Chevrolet to have them take a look at the vehicle at my costI just got off the phone with them and they did a full inspection of the vehicle and found nothing wrong

any mechanic shop they want before they purchase the vehicleShe did buy the vehicle and signed the paperwork agreeing it was AS IS No warrantyJust as a courtesy to her, if Miss ***s wants to contact us, we can have her take her car to *** Chevrolet, which is close to her and have a bonafide general motors take a look at the car
