We have repossessed her another time beforeShe came in to purchase a car that has a down payment of $800, they drove away paying only part of the down payment in the amount of $They complained soon after about a sound in rear of the car which turned out to be a shock that was rubbing and we
did a complimentary fix on that issueThey came back after an oil change complaining about a ticking in the engine weeks laterWhen we checked it was quarts low and we told them to speak with *** about it since that's where it was servicedA few days later they took the vehicle out of town and it locked up on the highwayThey came in and threw the keys at my employee and refused to tell us where the car was initiallyThey returned later and told us where the car was and it is now back in our possessionThis was an purchase
We looked at Ms ***'s car the last time she was up hereThere was nothing wrong, my workers couldn’t find anythingShe just said she wanted to trade it in to something different that she liked another car betterWe told her we couldn’t do thatWe tell every customer that they can take it to
any mechanic shop they want before they purchase the vehicleShe did buy the vehicle and signed the paperwork agreeing it was AS IS No warrantyJust as a courtesy to her, if Miss ***s wants to contact us, we can have her take her car to *** Chevrolet, which is close to her and have a bonafide general motors take a look at the car
