#f0f0f#f0f0f# Hi, My customer [redacted] placed his order for a band on Wednsday Febuary [redacted] which needed to be custom made for himWe had told him it would take about 3-business days to makeHe requested he needed it as soon as possible with no specific date stated I had stated over the phone that I will try and ship it out to him possibly on Friday if not, defenitly Monday which was still within 3-business days Unfortunately our offices and factories are closed on Saturday and SundayI did indeed shipp his band out on Monday March [redacted] with ups [redacted] day air I Then emailed him his tracking number that same day, he was very thanked full for the tracking number and received the band that week Thank You ***
I'm very disappointed in this serviceI ordered a product from here on the [redacted] of DecIt was was supposed to be shipped out to me by 2-day priority mailHere it is, the [redacted] of Dec and still have not received my merchandiseI feel as if I got screwed out of my moneyUnless someone can make this right to me, I would not recommend anyone buying from this companyThey can't deliver what they promise
