Nathan's Auto Sales

As a courtesy to Miss [redacted], I had her vehicle sent to [redacted] Chevrolet to have them take a look at the vehicle at my cost. I just got off the phone with them and they did a full inspection of the vehicle and found nothing wrong.

Mr. [redacted] had driven the car til the motor locked up.   I had refunded him $250 of his downpayment of $500.  I had replaced the motor which cost $1100 which I offered Mr. [redacted] to split the cost of the motor after he had signed at time of purchase an "AS IS" and not warranty, no...

trade-ins, no returns, no exceptions.  He was eager to return the $250 check and get his car back.  I spoke with consumer on 9/15 about picking the car up.  He came in 9/16 and am not sure what happened.  The car is still here.  I have done everything possible to help Mr. [redacted] with this car and have gone above and beyond what would have been expected after the sale of the car to him.

We looked at Ms [redacted]'s car the last time she was up here. There was nothing wrong, my workers couldn’t find anything. She just said she wanted to trade it in to something different that she liked another car better. We told her we couldn’t do that. We tell every customer that they can take it to...

any mechanic shop they want before they purchase the vehicle. She did buy the vehicle and signed the paperwork agreeing it was AS IS No warranty. Just as a courtesy to her, if Miss [redacted]s wants to contact us, we can have her take her car to [redacted] Chevrolet, which is close to her and have a bonafide general motors take a look at the car.
