Review: Order acne treatment supplements that did not work for me. I have contacted them numerous times and they are not honoring their money back guarantee. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: 79.90

Review: I purchased three bottles of Pantothen from w[redacted], a company owned by Nathan's Natural. [redacted] sells pills containing a blend of pantothenic acid and other vitamins and minerals that is represented to fight and prevent acne. The website provides a 90 day money back guarantee, the terms and conditions of which are simple: return the bottles, empty, via the mail, and they will process a refund to the buyer's credit card. I did so. I subsequently received confirmation via email that the bottles had been received and that the refund was being processed. In fact, I have received three emails stating that my refund was processed on October *, 2014. However, no refund was ever processed. I have received no such funds. I have emailed and called the customer service number listed on the website several times. However, the representatives are instructed only to discuss sales, not customer service. They ask for the customer's name, phone number, and email address, and they email someone they will not identify. I have gone through this process several times. Each time, approximately two to four weeks later, I receive an automated email that says the same thing: your refund was processed on October *, 2014. Again, it was not.

I later wrote a comprehensive, registered letter addressed to their New York address outlining my complaint and asking for the refund again. The letter was received. To-date, I have not received a response, and three months have passed.

While I want the refund, the refund has become less of a concern as the fact that this appears to be a scam. I truly feel sorry for the people out there who buy this product- which does NOT WORK- and who request a refund only to find out one is not available.

I want my refund, but I also want the company to change its horrible customer service and refund policy to ensure this never happens again.

Review: I ordered 1bottle of Pantothen dietary supplement on March **, 2014. I paid $39.95 plus an additional $9.95 shipping fee for priority delivery within 2-3 business days. My credit card was charged $49.90 on March [redacted], 2014 and to this day I have not received the product. I have contacted the company numerous times but still have not received the product or a refund.Desired Settlement: Either send me the product and refund the priority shipping costs or refund the entire amount.

Review: I ordered a bottle of ViSwiss, the ultimate male enhancement pill, with an advertised 100% guarantee on their website: [redacted]. This is false advertisement since it did not work for my husband. Instead of acting as an enhancement, the pill kept my husband awake for 24 hours. Upon further investigation of the product, I found that it contains the potentially dangerous ingredient, Yohimbe. This ingredient that is in the viswiss product that is being advertised as a male enhancement. Yohimbe cause side effects such as sleeplessness, anxiety, high blood pressure, and death which is not revealed or stated on the bottle of the product, viswiss, nor on their website!Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is if they are allowed to continue selling a potential dangerous product, the company Viswiss/Nathan's Natural, LLC should state on their website the possible side effects of their product. If this company is not willing to do so, they should no longer be able to sell their product.

Review: I returned the product and it was delivered to the return department on February **, 2015, I have been calling and calling but the customer service department takes my information and nobody calls back. I ask for managers in charge but they tell me either there are no managers or nobody can help. Its April now and I still haven't received my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund back since its been almost three months since I have returned the product.
