Natick Eye Associates

My wife and I went to this location in the *** store at the *** in Peabody. Apparently these guys are not part of *** at all and just reside in their store. This review is for Peabody Eye Associates a.k.a. Doctors of Optometry. My wife was told in order to get an exam for new glasses, a mandatory test for $39.95 would be charged due to Covid-19. I checked with *** and *** and neither had heard about this ‘mandatory’ test. I feel they are taking advantage of the consumer due to the pandemic, which is awful. This is akin to overcharging for hand sanitizer or alcohol wipes or face masks. We opted not to have her exam there and left the store. Very impersonal receptionist as well.
