I still have not been in contact with the general manager from this establishment, as per the deadline stated in the email. He has not tried to reach me by phone or e-mail since the date of the event. I have attempted to call the establishment twice after the incident and left a call back number and email with the front desk personnel. I also have not received a refund for the room.
