Review: I inquired about a vehicle via phone Oct. 25th advertised at $1000.00 on cars.com I called back the next day to confirm availability and was told the vehicle had been sold. I went on line that evening to find the vehicle for sale priced at $5000.00 I have two separate emails from the company with two different prices and identical vin numbers. As far as I see the vehicle is for sale at the higher price.Desired Settlement: Honor price as quoted.
Spoke with the business. He said that the cars are brought into the dealer and put online to show inventory but the price is not final until it is inspected and priced formally. [redacted] picks up the inventory and puts in on their website, an d that price was showing the price before the car was inspected finally.
Review: I PURCHASED A VEHICLE ON 01/03/2014, THE SALES MANAGER ASSURED ME THE CAR WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION, HE SAID THAT IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR THAT I COULD TAKE IT ANY WHERE AND HAVE IT SERVICED, BUT HE WAS SO 100% SURE THAT THE CAR WAS IN GOOD CONDITION, IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM, HE WOULD PAY FOR THE REPAIR. ON 1/07/2014, I CAME TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE AND PAID MY DEPOSIT, WHEN I GOT HALF WAY HOME, THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT INDICATOR CAME ON, I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY USED THE WRONG TTYPE OF OIL, WHICH TRIGGERED THE LIGHT TO COME ON, THEY THEN SERVICED THE CAR AND GOT THE LIGHT TO GO OFF. I STARTED HOME AGAIN, WHEN THE DEALER CALLED AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK TO THE OFFICE AND SIGN MORE PAPERS, HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS ADDING A TWO YEAR BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY TO THE VEHICLE....I RETURNED TO THE DEALER TO SIGN MORE PAPERS AS I PROCEEDED HOME THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN, I AGAIN CALLED THE DEALER AND SPOKE WITH THE SALES ME WHO TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY EVERYTHING IS COVERED IN THE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY....HE TOLD ME I COULD TAKE THE CAR ANY WHERE AND HAVE IT SERVICED AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY WOULD PAY FOR IT. I TOOK THE CAR TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP AND HAD THE CAR SERVICED, THE CAR HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES, SO MANY THAT THE WARRANTY COMPANY WILL NOT FIX THE CAR. THE DEALERSHIP WILL NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AND WHEN I KLEAVE MESSAGES NO ONE WILL CONTACT ME BACK....I HAVE CALLED OVER 10 TIMES, I HAD TO PAY OVER $100, TO HAVE NOTHER DEALERSHIP LOOK AT THE CAR AND THEY GAVE ME A PRINTOUT OF EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE (3 PAGES WORTH OF DAMAGES).... PLUS TWO DIFFERENT CONTRACTS WERE SIGNED, WITHOUT KNOWLEDGEDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO BE PLACED IN ANOTHER VEHICLE, ONE WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.
