They lead me to belive they could transport my chevy nova for dollars, but they never called or updated me, I had to call and cancel and then some guy saying he was the manager keep calling me and my father in law and so he called my father in law once more and I td the guy you call me once more, I will be filings a police report not only in my city but also to yours, he sure hang up fast
I also emailed them in the morning canceling them

Absolutely terrible companyThey advertise as shippers and led me to believe they are shippers, but they were actually brokersGave me a really low quote to lure me in, even though they hadn't found a driver to do the shipping yetWhen trying to sent up the shipment of my motorcycle, the agents were extremely rude, to the point where I was hung up on by them multiple times because I was unwilling to pay more than I was quoted and because they couldn't make the job happen in the specific time frame I was requestingI finally was put on the phone with a co-owner (*** ***, if that is even his real name) who was just as rude as his employeesHe completely ignored my request of days I needed the motorcycle picked up and delivered and got upset with me that I could not be as flexible as he wanted me to beThe driver was days late picking up, and then after I gave him and extra couole days to get it there, was still days late on deliveryTo top ot all off I was told, 95$ on my credit card upon pick up, and the other $on my credit card upon deliveryWhen the bike showed up at the destination the driver wanted cashJust another headache to add the the long list of them this company gave meDon't give them your business or money

Run, do not walk away from this piece of crap businessWe had a deal in place for months with them to transport our vehicle from Las Vegas to New Orleans, my wife and I were to fly there form Vegas to begin a road trip and the day before they were suppose to pick up the car the totally went A-wallThey would not call us, return our calls or respond to us in any waySo we now have to plane tickets to New Orleans and will not have the car they were suppose to transport there meeting usEven if something fell through on their end, they could have had the decency to let us know and try to work with us, but their answer was to just ignore us and not respond in any wayTotal classless peopleHow appropriate the guy we dealt with was named Richard cause he is a Dick! You have been warned to stay away from them at all cost or they could screw you next!

Nation Auto review- I purchased a vehicle from Ebay motorsI was extremely nervous about this process due to it being my first time having a vehicle shippedI initially spoke with *** from Nation Auto Transport in which she did a great job creating a peace of mind regarding this transactionShe assured me that nerves were normalShe set several expectations that never occurredShe discussed providing me with the driver contact information once the vehicle is picked up from the locationShe discussed this being an opportunity to remain in contact at all timesNeither of the two happenedAfter contacting *** four days after no communication, she provided me with contact information stating my driver name is *** and the vehicle is scheduled for delivery on 8/13/ She actually provided me with the incorrect contact informationOnce reaching out to inform her of this; she stated she would see what's going on, this was on 8/13/@ approximately 10:33am EST*** stated she would call me back within minutes and I have yet to hear from *** as of 5:50pm on 8/14/
When calling *** back around 2pm on 8/13/15, she immediately placed me on hold and then transferred meThis occurred more than three timesAgain the delivery was scheduled for 8/13/and never occurredI called today on 8/14/and after dialing *** direct line I was immediately transferred after she answeredTwo additionally guys stated they would call me back after being unable to reach the driverI'm still awaiting a call back as of 8/14/6:pmI will never recommend or conduct business with this company againThey're extremely incompetentEach time I expressed my frustration and each employee stated I understand and will call you back but they also failed to follow throughI'm not concerned about them reading this because I know they will not do anything about itIf my vehicle is not delivered by Monday I intend to pursue this manner from a legality standpointPlease choose wisely in transporting a vehicle, and choosing wisely excludes Nation

Agreed on 3/19/2015 to a price and pick up date for my vehicle. Weeks before the April 29th pick up I started to call to make sure everything was ok. I spoke to [redacted] in dispatch several times. I was assured each time there is no problem what so ever. On 4/27 I could not get through to [redacted]. I then contacted [redacted] who originally took my order. She stated the phone was being fixed and try back later. On Wednesday, the day of pick up and our flight home I was never contacted by anyone. I started calling [redacted] to no avail. I was told by someone else that a driver will be calling me. No such call happened. By 3:00 pm we were in panic mode. I finally spoke [redacted] supposedly a partner in this company. He raised the documented rate of this transport by over $500.00. I balked at this but still agreed to get my vehicle picked up ASAP. No call backs. No pick up. My vehicle is still in Florida. I was scammed. Talk about bait and switch.
