I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10614262, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
I did speak with Javier regarding the incident and initially, he told me he needed to confirm the time of the delivery before offering any resolutionHe did and upon calling me back he let me know that their reservations are for hours, not hourly so they wouldn't be able to reimburse me for ANY of the time I have lostI really don't understand the point of him checking the time it was delivered if their policy is to not reimburseHe didn't even try and rectify the issue of the units not being clean or the unprofessionalism of himself and his staffThe contract I signed does not say anything about my rental being for a hour periodIt does however state the time that I needed the unit delivered byI also was not made aware of their policy ahead of time and I think it's really unfair, as they have caused me to break an agreement that I had with the venue because of the late delivery. All in all, I don't consider this issue resolvedI was offered a discount on future rentals and Javier said that I could work with him directly, but if it took him a month (and a Revdex.com complaint to finally get back in touch with me) why would I rent from them again? Also, what about the fact that the unit wasn't clean? I really am disturbed by the whole situation and feel it is only right that others know of my experience before selecting a company to invest their money withI appreciate what the Revdex.com stands for and the service it provides, otherwise I most likely would've never even heard back from Nation Waste.

Dear Revdex.com,We have internally responded and resolved the situation with this customer. As for the circumstances that caused this complaint, the units for the customer were delivered only 2 1/2 hours after the requested delivery time. that time we confirmed she still wanted the order even though she new of the delay. The customer did contact us and a NWI representative has resolved this complaint. We informed her that all rentals for events are for 24 hrs, and that normally we delivery the day before to prevent delays., however she had requested the delivery the day of. Due to the 24 hr rental we are unable to refund the customer for the requested time, however we did offer a discount on the next delivery for her rental. To our knowledge the customer understood the issues and offers listed above and the issue has been resolved.Thank you,Nation Waste
