After speaking with the client, we've decided that it would be in both party's best interest
to completely start over We have re-ordered and have in stock all new materials and are sending our technicians to completely remove and replace the entire remodeling job to their satisfactionThe work is scheduled to be performed this coming Thursday and Friday November 13/14, I had been hoping to have the materials in stock and have the job started prior to our "allowed response time" having run out
It is our intention to do whatever is necessary to have *** *** as one of our highly satisfied clients

Negotiated price of a used vehicle The Air conditioning was not working and a few other issuesIf they repaired I would have to pay otherwise the price was all in tax,title ,tags and registrationTags and title plus registration came in to business and they will not give the title up unless I pay a feeThe fee was put into final price as I elected to fix the issues myselfThis title is free and clear no lien no loans paid full in cash

My husband and I put down $7000 for a kitchen remodel. The contract was signed on 6/9/14. Since that time, there has been no work done and all attempts to contact the company have failed. The General Manager came to our house after we were finally able to get ahold of hi. That was October, 2015. Since then, no contact. Multiple phone numbers, email and faxes have all gone unanswered. We gave them a down payment of $7000.00. They are thieves and should not be in business!

Review: In Nov of 2013 they came out to do my tub, walls and new flooring in my bathroom. We needed to wait two days to go into the tub and when we did the tub crackled. I called up and told them they needed to come and check it out. The company said someone will come out and put a hole in your tub and fill it with more caulk. The gentleman came out in four weeks to try to fix the problem. This didnt work the tub was worse. I called up again and we had the owner and the manager out to look at the tub and walls. They said they will come out again remove the tub with a new tub and get new walls, which this took several months to do. Finally when that was done the guy that tried to fix it put the holes in the wrong way and stated the guy that first put the tub in put the walls upside down. They walls had to be reordered for the third time now. I called up and said I need some time of compensation since this has taken too long they offered to paint my bathroom. Which again just for them to get out to my house took a month or so and as of now my bathroom is not up to satisfaction and its not painted completely and including the base boards arent even up which he brought to the house to put up. I called again and complained and I was told the manager (Gary) was in a meeting which every time I do call he is in a meeting. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is the end of August and in November it will be one year and the bathroom is still not completed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $5,000.00 which is not the full amount I paid
