I am rejecting this response because: I made arrangement to pay every time I got paid and that range would be between and I would like National Account Services to recognize that we had a verbal agreement and that *** *** dishonored that agreement. I have about six different billing statements with different amounts with payments missing, and also since I filed against the competition companies there is now some kind of credit appearing on my statementsTherefore telling me I was being charged for services that my daughter did not participate inIf National Account Services could attach the original billing statement that she submitted with their response Thanks, *** ***
