I received a call from a [redacted] about our mortgage interest rate and explained to this man that we had been scammed through another company somehow through HSBC Mortgage and would not offer him any information over the phone until I had confirmation of who his company was and I could check them out first He knew what our current interest rate was and was very rude and said well if you don't want to take advantage of any of the current government help then that is my problem He would not give me his company name which I did find out by google.com and the number he called from was [redacted] so I called back and got a message saying it was National Accounting
