Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As I stated in my complaint, this was misleading, nothing done in a timely manner to prevent foreclosure, no real definitive answers from Ms [redacted] , just told me not to pay because it would not benefit me to keep paying if she could help me out with another solution, someone named Kelly was supposed to contact me, he never didI have received notice of intent to foreclose if I cannot come up with reinstatement money by Jul as my mortgage company will not accept a repayment plan/modificationI have spoken w/State's Attorneys' office and they advised me to pursue this complaint and as such money that was paid to you be returned to me Regards, [redacted]

Mrs and Mrs *** came to us because they needed help in restructuring their loan. There was constant communication with both husband and wife from our processing Deptattached is our records of emails and phone calls with the client and the lender. So for the client to
say nothing was done is untrueWe advocated on the clients behalf and prepared her documents submission to her lender Unfortunately their file was CHARGED off and their file was now in a collections deptThe lender did not want to work with them any further to restructure their loan and there only option was to pay the past due balance to get currentNo refund is entitled because services were rendered per agreement

Revdex.com:

As I stated in my complaint, this was misleading, nothing done in a timely manner to prevent foreclosure, no real definitive answers from Ms. [redacted], just told me not to pay because it would not benefit me to keep paying if she could help me out with another solution, someone named Kelly was supposed to contact me, he never did. I have received notice of intent to foreclose if I cannot come up with reinstatement money by 21 Jul 2017 as my mortgage company will not accept a repayment plan/modification. I have spoken w/State's Attorneys' office and they advised me to pursue this complaint and as such money that was paid to you be returned to me.

This is not a client of ours. We spent a lot of time looking for his file too. However, once I realized you have a contract attached I see that you are looking for a different company. The name...

of the company you are looking for is "National Advocacy Group" please refer to the attached contract you sent. We are not them.

Dear [redacted],We appreciate your patience during this matter. You have requested a refund for the paid amount of $1,497.50 from 03/27/2017. The payment submitted was agreed to pay upon the services mentioned in the signed agreement between National Advocacy Center and yourself (the client),...

[redacted] L. [redacted]. The services that you had paid for were fulfilled as such document preparation, prepared and provided to you by our intake services that you used to stop the immediate sale of the home. The client, [redacted] was aware of this, but decided not to move forward with the continuation of the process, therefore there is no entitlement to the refund, as the services paid for were renderred. We wish you luck on your future endeavors.Sincerely,National Advocacy Center, LLC.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not surprised at all that they are trying to be tricky. They spend so much time changing web addresses, identities, company names and anything else they can think of to conceal their bad business practices. This is just another example of them trying to be deceitful. The attachments I have provided say it all and definitively prove they are all the same people. For the record its National Advocacy Center(which is the filed business name) , American Home Servicing Center(another fiied business name) and I believe that National Advocacy Group is just a play on words to disguise themselves for situations like this inquiry. Lastly, the fact that they are so sloppy and I was able to use their own emails to prove they are being dishonest, speaks to their intelligence. . Regards,
[redacted]

We are looking into this situation and will address accordingly. Tell us why here...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When I first contacted this company they told me that they
would be able to help me stop the sale of my home by reconstructing my loan
with my mortgage company, never did they mention filing for bankruptcy in my
name until after they found out that I had filed for bankruptcy prior to
contacting them and it was dismissed with prejudice(meaning I am not allowed to
file again) so they next “solution” they had for me was to file a Grant Deed
and that involved me transferring the deed of the house over to someone else
and then they would file the bankruptcy in the name of the person that I
transferred the deed to. I asked the associate [redacted] who was assisting me if this
did not work would I be able to get a refund and he stated that yes they would
refund my money but that would not be necessary     as this
always works.  I called my county
courthouse and they stated that yes they do Grant Deeds however I would have to
pay taxes on the house to have the transfer completed and they were able to
tell be that it would be approximately $1600.00 to file the Grant Deed. I did
not have this amount to continue this path and to file a Grant Deed. I emailed
[redacted] and told him this and his response was “it doesn’t cost that much” and I
asked for the refund and he emailed back that it is with the accounting department
and I should be hearing from them. I had not heard from accounting so I emailed
[redacted] and he stated that the woman that takes care of that is out of the office.
I have attached these emails fore rearview. After that email I received no
responses to emails or phone calls from [redacted] again (and still have not) I called
and asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to [redacted] and I left a
voicemail with not response I called again and left another voicemail message
for [redacted] and again no response. Finally I contacted the Revdex.com and the only
response from the company was the later where then “blame” me for not
proceeding with the only option that they could provide me.  I would like a refund as I was told I would
receive by [redacted]
Regards,
[redacted]
