Review: THEY STATED THAT AT THE WORST CASE I WOULD GET A FIXED INTEREST RATE OF 2% AND MY PAYMENT WOULD B NO HIGHER THAN 800 A MONTH AFTER MONTHS MY PAYMENT WAS HIGHER THAN ORIGINAL. THEY SAID IF THEY WERE UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING AND IT ALSO SAYS IN THE CONTRACT THAT THEY WOULD RETURN BACK 2800 OF THE 3500 I PAID THEM. THEY IGNORE ME NOW AND DON RETURN MY CALLS AND I JUST SHORT SALE MY HOUSE.Desired Settlement: The 2800 I was promised.

RE: Complaint ID Number: [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

We are in receipt of your correspondence dated February 11, 2014 regarding the above referenced complaint. We

never received a copy of the information that was submitted on January 10, 2014, so we do not know what complaint

you are referring to.

Our Company fulfilled its contract with Mr. [redacted]. Pursuant to the terms of the contract, our Company composed a

series of letters and complaints to the lender and all of the applicable regulatory agencies that have the authority to

oversea, discipline, regulate and fine the lender for non-compliance. These letters were completed by our Company on

behalf of Mr. [redacted] and all letters were mailed to all of the regulatory bodies such as the Consumer Financial

Protection Bureau, Local Senator, the Federal Trade Commission, Local Congressman, and their lender accordingly,

thereby fulfilling our contract with Mr. [redacted].

Mr. [redacted] lender Chase, responded to the letters we sent on his behalf. Mr. [redacted] file was escalated and was placed

in for review for assistance with Chase. We were advised by Mr. [redacted] lender that he was previously approved for a

modification in 2010 with a rate and interest rate of 5%. Mr. [redacted] lender agreed to review his file for assistance and

Mr. [redacted] was offered a new loan in March 2013.

Regards,

In there contract it says if they are not able to get a better offer 2800 of the 3500 I paid is refundable. The offer they got me was going to be more expensive. At the worst they said they would get me a new interest rate which would take my payment down to around 800 a monthe from 1250. That did not even happen. I just want the 2800 back the the contract states I should get back due to them not being able to do any better with chase my finance company. I have had to short sale the house because my mortgage company was going to foreclose on me and that was my better option. Chase said the only thing I could do is pay the 1500 or so a month they came up with which was almost 300 more than I was already paying or foreclose or short sale.

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

We are in receipt of your correspondence dated March 13, 2014 regarding the above referenced matter.

Our Company has fulfilled its contract with Mr. [redacted]. Pursuant to the terms ofthe contract, our Company composed

a series of letters and complaints to the lender and all of the applicable regulatory agencies that have the authority to

oversea, discipline regulate and fine the lender for non-compliance.

[redacted]. The contract guarantees that the client will receive a full refund less

hard costs if the client does not get permission from the lender to move forward with submitting their paperwork for

the processing of the modification.

Mr. [redacted]'s lender [redacted] responded to the letters we sent on his behalf. [redacted] requested that Mr. [redacted] submit his

paperwork for their review. Mr. [redacted]'s file was then escalated by [redacted] to the executive offices and his file was

placed in for review for assistance. We were advised by [redacted] that Mr. [redacted]'s was previously approved for a

was offered a new modification loan in March 2013. Mr. [redacted]'s lender advised our office that since Mr. [redacted]

already had a modification in 2010, the investor would not offer him a lower interest rate or extend -his term.

Review: This company was hired in November 2012 to assist us with the loan modification/monthly mortgage payment reduction. They asked that we deposit $3,500.00 directly into their bank account at [redacted], of which we did in (2) installments. The contract that was signed promised a refund of the $3500.00 - $700.00 for administrative fees. We continued to communicate, via e-mail and fax. Received a document (pink sheet with [redacted]'s signature (CEO/Owner of the company) confirming he could get our payment down to $1522.00/month versus $3500.00 or $2589.00/month.They were provided extensive details and information on our home and our expenses an income statements. I have (2) 2-1/2 binders with all the e-mails/letters/faxes provided to this company, anticipating they would conclude and it will all be worked out.In December 2012, they were provided all details and assisted by David [redacted] (their rep) in writng letters of complaints to all government agencies. Received response, but no help from anyone. Received a call from the Executive office of our mortgage company advising they will help in getting our loan modified.Spoke with [redacted] numerous times indicating that he was in communication with [redacted] Mortgage to get "a person" to work with him on reducing our monthly mortgage payment.Spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] about setting up our portfolio (financials, etc.) so they could submit to [redacted] Mortgage in getting the monthly mortgage reduced.Communicated mostly with [redacted], of whom initially talked us into doing business with this company. She said they have "never" had to return anyone's money, that is how good they are. They saved her personal home from being forclosed on and we had "many" conversation on how GOOD this company is.She and [redacted] had our account turned over to [redacted], of who had "NO CLUE" what she was doing, it was one lie after another and deceiving us.Desired Settlement: Due to the fact we lost our home because of their lies and deception and they have staff that "do not" know what they are doing. We want a full refund of our $3,500.00 returned to us because they did not, at any time deliver anything they said they would do.I contacted [redacted], in a certified letter, on May 22nd, 2013 and he "did not" respond to the letter with any intent.I want our entire $3,500.00 refunded to us immediately. thank you.

RE: Complaint ID Number: [redacted]

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

We are in receipt of your correspondence dated January 07, 2014 regarding the above referenced

complaint.

Our Company fulfilled its contract with Mr. and Ms. [redacted]. Pursuant to the terms of the contract, our

Company composed a series of letters and complaints to the lender and all of the applicable

regulatory agencies that have the authority to oversea, discipline, regulate and fine the lender for noncompliance.

These letters were completed by our Company on behalf of Mr. and Ms. [redacted] and all

letters were mailed to all of the regulatory bodies such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,

Local Senator, the Federal Trade Commission, Local Congressman, and their lender accordingly,

thereby fulfilling our contract with Mr. and Ms. [redacted].

Mr. and Ms. [redacted]'s lender responded to the letters which were sent on their behalf, their file was

escalated, and was placed in for review for assistance with their lender. We were advised by Mr. &

Ms. [redacted] lender that they offered them assistance and they worked with the [redacted]'s and gave

them a new loan with a savings of $941.7 4 per month. The [redacted]'s did not comply with the lenders

offer and made no payments against the new loan so they were removed from the program. The

lender would not allow them to begin any new programs as a result of this.

In September, 2013, our Company closed its doors for business. We made every attempt to assist

Mr.& Ms. [redacted] with their lender and by writing more complaints on their behalf in an attempt to get

the lender to work with them.

Thank you.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

These people are "LIARS" and what they have stated is NOT TRUE - they "DID" not correspond with our lender until I caught them in "repeated" lies, after our home was already in Foreclosure! [redacted] contacted the Executive Office (she says in the e-mail) and ultimately found out it was a lie because I asked NationStar NOT to communicate with these people after May 22, 2013. I had "MANY" conversations with [redacted] at NationStar Mortgage and validated this companies repeated lies when I spoke with him myself. "I communicated with NationStar and they offered us $2589.00 per month - NOT THIS COMPANY, another lie in their letter to you. This company, in their initial letter to us (and that is why we signed up with them, states they can get a payment of $1,512.00 per month!) The contract states that they would "refund" us all our money except for $700.00 administrative fees. I want our money refunded and at this point if I do not - I wll have no other choice than to seek legal counsel. They owe us $2,800.00 and I want that money refunded ASAP. They did nothing for us other than "write letters to organizations" - yes they did. Their staff, especially [redacted], Ms. [redacted], Mr. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] - repeated lies and I caught them in their "repeated lies". We received notification that we would be facing foreclosure and Ms [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] - "What do we do with this??"

I have contacted the FBI and Secret Sevice about this company and the y they are "stealing" money from consumers on their repeated scams - so we will see what they do. I have (2) 3-1/2" binders of all the correspondence with this company and I have provided this information to the FBI and all the government agencies that oversee these type of SCAMS.

Return our money, according to the contract we signed with them and leave us alone! They are thieves and liars.

They are saying "they have closed their doors to business" - again another LIE because I have called the office and they continue to answer the phone. Basically all they do is change the name to their company and continue to do business.

Regards,

My case is still in review by the mortgage company but they were able to get the foreclose stopped.

They have helped a friend and weren't able to help another that was seeking assistance on a rental property. It's important to submit all your requested documents in a timely manner and be honest. My complaint would be they say they'll call you within 7 to 10 business days to death. They should have more information with calling you other than your case is still in review. All 4 representatives that I had interaction with were polite and pleasant.
