National Affordable Prescription Services

Review: I received a piece of mail which is confusing & misleading as to whether it is an official US Government document, an official mailing from my healthcare provider, or an elaborately disguised solicitation. The document is set up like an official government tax form, title 'Form 1013DM' which I could not find any record of on government websites. Also included was a plastic 'Pharmacy Benefits Card' stating 'You will not be turned down for a pre-existing condition.'This is extremely predatory marketing, as it looks like a government mailing and sounds like a government mailing. If I did not have an intimate knowledge of my REAL health services I could easily have mistaken this as something I had already agreed to & signed up for, or something legitimately connected to my current healthcare provider.Shut these practices down, please!Thank you for your efforts.Desired Settlement: a written apology from the company and the termination of any further misleading marketing practices to all consumers (not just me.)
