I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I was redirected to a different airport and landed in a different then originally arrived and departed from all with costs being occurred along the way. The business mentioned we were provided with transportation to Orlando which did not happen. Originally we departed from Windsor and Landed in Sanford with all baggage fees paid up front. The business forced us to travel to Orlando depart from there and land in Detroit and commute to Windsor. I have two kids with special dietary needs. I have attached the receipts for luggage and food required. Please see an email I sent them below with no response from the Business. We made attempts to resolve this without having the extreme burden of traveling for an extended amount of time. As I have talked with other passengers on this flight, this company has recognized their mistakes s and offered them reimbursements for costs incurred, but has refused to do so with us. Please take this into consideration. Thanks,  Matt Matt [redacted]  10/05/2016  My family and I were booked on a flight from Sanford to Windsor on Thursday May 12.That flight has now been canceled leaving us on a flight from Orlando International to Detroit Metro with a lay over at charlotte airport with a total travel time of 6 hours plus a shuttle back to Windsor. This was all done without our knowledge and would be fine except for the fact that we have two kids with special dietary needs and this amount of travel time is not possible. This would arequiresus to commute from detroit metro back to windsor. We also rented a car from the Sanford Airport and need to make arrangements for that.With all that said, I am hoping we could make other arrangements out of Orlando with non stop flights like the ones we originally booked.
