National Air came to clean the dryer vents in our condo building Saturday April 16th They started from the top floor, and would end with the townhomes on the ground floor, including ours My wife and I alternated staying home all day to ensure we could provide them access, but received an email at 3:pm saying they'd completed all units In fact, they missed ours and three others Our building manager stressed he had repeatedly reminded them to complete the townhome units that could only be accessed from outside, and they said they didThey were wrong I posted a review on both Google and Yelp about the incident, and forwarded it by email to the reps the company has listed on their website Got a reply from Chris ***, explaining they'd completed of units, and that he spoke to the crew doing the cleaning and they swear they knocked on every door I don't understand how that's possible if units were missed, it seems rather improbable Rescheduled service for am Tuesday April 19th National Air knocked on our door at 8:am this morning, hoping to complete the service Asked him to return at am as scheduled He did, and was efficient, polite, and personable, apologizing for missing our unit Saturday He readily admitted missing others as well, saying they were well hidden As our end unit sits ground level beside the parking garage entrance, it's as plainly visible as can be I cannot understand how it was missed At this point, I am relieved the service is complete without requiring a third go around As well, I am surprised National Air hasn't had prior complaints While the service people seemed efficient and industrious, their lack of attention to detail, along with customer service's failure to appreciate the inconvenience of customer's waiting for service all day, puzzles me that more complaints haven't arisen over the years In summary, they will get the job done, but you have to babysit them Make sure you're scheduled for the start of their day, and not the end, or they may just not show Chris may think of units is a pretty good result, but I can tell you that being one of the missed units doesn't make that stat look impressive from my perspective

National Air came to clean the dryer vents in our condo building Saturday April 16th 2016. They started from the top floor, and would end with the townhomes on the ground floor, including ours. My wife and I alternated staying home all day to ensure we could provide them access, but received an email at 3:48 pm saying they'd completed all units. In fact, they missed ours and three others. Our building manager stressed he had repeatedly reminded them to complete the 6 townhome units that could only be accessed from outside, and they said they did. They were wrong.

I posted a review on both Google and Yelp about the incident, and forwarded it by email to the reps the company has listed on their website. Got a reply from Chris [redacted], explaining they'd completed 76 of 81 units, and that he spoke to the crew doing the cleaning and they swear they knocked on every door. I don't understand how that's possible if 5 units were missed, it seems rather improbable.

Rescheduled service for 10 am Tuesday April 19th. National Air knocked on our door at 8:53 am this morning, hoping to complete the service. Asked him to return at 10 am as scheduled. He did, and was efficient, polite, and personable, apologizing for missing our unit Saturday. He readily admitted missing others as well, saying they were well hidden. As our end unit sits ground level beside the parking garage entrance, it's as plainly visible as can be. I cannot understand how it was missed.

At this point, I am relieved the service is complete without requiring a third go around. As well, I am surprised National Air hasn't had prior complaints. While the service people seemed efficient and industrious, their lack of attention to detail, along with customer service's failure to appreciate the inconvenience of customer's waiting for service all day, puzzles me that more complaints haven't arisen over the years.

In summary, they will get the job done, but you have to babysit them. Make sure you're scheduled for the start of their day, and not the end, or they may just not show
Chris may think 76 of 81 units is a pretty good result, but I can tell you that being one of the 5 missed units doesn't make that stat look impressive from my perspective.
