Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2017/03/13) */
We have already spoken to this customer after his filing of this complaintWe have come to an agreement and are coming to his home to make repairs
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2017/03/27) */
I apologize for not returning a
response to this issueYes the company did come out to try and fix the situation, but its still not resolvedThe contractor was polite and showed me that insulation was up in the ceiling areaBut later that night, it still got cold in hereThe reason I didn't respond back that I felt that company would fight the issue and nothing would be done about itIts still miserable not knowing what the problem isI still believe that is still poor manufacturing cause there is no way that a trailer a lil over years old should have cold air coming inI really wish someone can tell me if they have had issues like thisI have not anything at all for this to happenI put new windows in and shouldn't had toBut like I said, even after the windows being put in, there was still cold air coming inI really wish the company can brain storm and figure why im getting cold air and coldness coming inWhy it doesn't stay warm when it does get warm in hereIts getting warmer so it will be harder to find the problem
Final Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2017/04/11) */
As stated in Mr***'s response, Champion has been to this home and found that adequate insulation is present in the attic area of his homeHis original complaint was that the insulation in the attic was the problem (lack of), so we agreed to make one last trip to his home to prove or disprove this allegationOur contractor found the correct amount of insulation in the attic, but did determine that this customer's home is located in area that is subject to windsBased on this information, we have done everything that is within our power and feel that this issue is closed
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 26, 2017/04/19) */
I read their defenseThe subject of it being cause of wind is not validIts never been this bad but gradually has gotten worseThe product they put out is not a reliable productPlease tell me why im putting plastic on my windows the second year I have it? Ive had to have my windows replaced after a lil over yearsThat to me is a very poor craftsmanshipI had to put new shingles on my roof cause it was poorly put togetherIts sad that a company that stands behind this product that is not reliable at allLike i've saidIve seen so many complaints against this company, it scares me what else I may run intoI would hope someone from the Revdex.com would come here and feel for themselves when its cold and see for themselves how poor this product isI just want answersThank you
