Review: On May 28, 2014 NatL Authorized Service Repairman came to our home to repair a refrigerator that wasnt getting cold nor was the foster working. The Repairman replaced a defrost heat assemblyand charged us $249.00 which we paid by check. The Repairman informed us to turn on the refrigerator after four hour to be sure no ice still was present. So after restarting and setting factory temperatures we thought all was well. The next day after the refrigerator still wasnt getting cold or frosting, I called NatL Authorized Service an explained the problem and they told me it was still ice in the system to shut off refrigerator once more but through out the night. The next day we restarted the refrigerator and waited to see its operation it began to get cold and frost I thought great. Several days went by and then it started with the same problems of not getting cool or frosting . So I call NatL Authorized Service again and the service call intake person took our concerns and said someone would call us back. This went on for a few days. I called and spoke to the owner about there service and that no one has contacted us to come back out to make repairs. On July 04, 2014 NatL Authorize Repairman came out to repair our refrigerator once again this time the Repairman replaced the Thermostat and instructed us to leave refrigerator unplugged for four hours then restart. The next morning our refrigerator was semi cold after monitoring its operation it wasnt getting colder. I again call NatL Authorize Service and explain that after all these attempts at repairing our refrigerator it still doesnt work and that we wanted our money back. There ad in the phonebook said they fully guaranteed there work. The owner said to us that we only had a 30 day guarantee and refused to refund our money back. There was no time duration of guaranteed work on the receipt. As of this date we had not gotten a refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund
