We do provide a warranty on all the parts we installed and upon arrival to Mrs***'s house on 9/23/we replaced the control at no charge to herThen on 9/26/replaced the drain pump which was tested and found the dishwasher
was draining and working properlyPrior to these visits our service technician manager explained to her that we would be glad to give her a refunded check for the parts previously installed in her dishwasher if she were to return the parts to which she agreedOur servicemen would come by and take the dishwasher to bring back to our shop to test and understand the cause for the malfunction and she would get her refunded checkWe had our men ready to pick up the dishwasher, but later received a call that she would call back when the new dishwasher was installedOn 10/6/she said that the dishwasher had not been delivered and would call backRegardless of the fact that we did not recieve any of the old parts, we have given Mrs*** her refund check

To whom it may concern,

This is in regards to a letter recieved by my office for work done on Mrs. [redacted]'s referigerator. When going out to Mrs. [redacted]'s house the service technician manager and myself determined ultimately it needed a...

door liner. Explaining to her that this part is a factory back order, meaning that it is not readily available from any of our distributors. With this in mind we made sure to go on multiple trips to ensure that the referigerator was working fine and keeping her food cool. Her complaint is that it does not look brand new, however we made sure that it was working fine and keeping cold before we left. Work being done to Mrs. [redacted]'s refrigerator has been extensively tracked by myself and my parts department and as soon as it becomes available we will fix it. I left her a voice message on June 25th 2014 to tell her that it make take a while before that part becomes available to us with no response. We are still waiting for this door liner, hoping to get it out to her and get the referigerator up to her satisfaction.

We have no evidence that national Appliance has placed an order for the part to replace the door. We cannot believe that Kitchen Aid would allow their customers to wait 8 months for a part. So I placed a call to the Kitchen Aid parts department, gave them our model number and serial number, and they confirmed that the part is available, in stock, and can be delivered in 10 days. We want National Appliance to make good on their promise to order the part and restore our refrigerator back to its original mint condition, at their cost. We would like this done in two weeks since the part is available. We are so tired of the run around!!

I am aware that this dehumidifer was with us for quite a few months. There were two parts needed to repair this unit. However, parts are not always readily available especially for items that are produced in China or Korea. We are at the mercy of the supplier of these parts to make them available....

 One part was readily available and one was not. Each inquiry regarding the remaining part was met with a backorder report. We told here we would call her as soon as part was in. When she called in January, we inquired again and the part was now available. I asked about the backordered item. The showed no backorder for it but that it could be sent out then. We would receive part within one week. This was relayed to the customer. Her decision was still to pick it up, which she did.  If she would like to have this repaired, the offer is still available for 30 days from today,  as previously quoted. The diagnostic fee is recorded as paid ( 19.95 plus tax= 21.70) This would be deducted from the repair as previously stated. Please have customer return with unit and we will expidite repair on it.
