Left an engraving for Framing of Rare *** Engraving of Stonewall Jackson and his Family (dated 1866) - Paid in full for framing - National Art and Framing in Alexandria VA *** - Their phone number (###-###-####) no longer works and Store at *** *** **Alexandria VA is closed as of February 14, Would like to have engraving returned and payment refunded Don't know what to do nextThe engraving is rare Recent auction price was $and we paid $(have receipt dated 01/21/17) for framing jobIt took us a long time to locate this engraving and really want it back

I dropped off a $poster on January (invoice #***) and paid half the framing cost up frontAs of the week of February, it seems the business has shut downThe phone number is no longer in serviceI also visited the store and the door was locked and there was about a week's worth of mail inside the door on the floorI have tried to fill out the business' "contact us" form and have not received a responseI do not know how to get my poster back as well as the approximately $I paid as a deposit

In June, 2016, I dropped off an original oil painting that I had bought in BrazilThe shop owner, Patrick, and I discussed my framing options, and I agreed to have him make a "floating" frame for the pieceI paid a deposit of $for that painting and a photograph to be framedPatrick said it would take two weeksOne month later, I hadn't heard anything from the shop so I dropped by the storeThe assistant, EC, said the painting wasn't ready because they were waiting for a particular type of wood for the frameI waited another month, and got the same runaroundIn September, THREE MONTHS after I dropped off the painting, they produced the painting with a frame style that I had not asked for (a "floating" frame)Fast forward another month, and EC then produced the painting with their version of a floating frame, which was a shoddy, utterly appalling version of what I had asked forI asked EC to remove the wood frame and to just roll up the painting so I could take it to another
