Review: On October 31, 2014 I completed all the required documentation and sent it to National Association of Service Dogs (of which I have all the receipts and credit card statement). I never received my dogs credentials, nor a refund. I have sent at least three emails with no response from the company. It has now been almost a full year. I expect either my dogs credentials or a full refund.Desired Settlement: 1st. desire - Delivery of Order
