All conditions were met including years of coaching experience as promised for more than practices and training sessions And, years of experience with different additional coaches managing the team Calls were returned and in total, more than an hour and a half of phone calls back to customer on separate occasions and also had an additional team meeting with parents Customer is frustrated because son is not having a great season Customer also breeched Parent Agreement by communicating negative statements towards team and not abiding by rules set up for Parents to follow
