 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The creditor states that it has failed to find my information in its database, however, it contacted my place of employment, therefore, it must have some record of my information.  There is no way they could leave a message with my name at my place of employment without having my information in their database.
Additionally, the business has called me today under the name [redacted] using phone number ###-###-####, yet with the same message that I filed the first complaint regarding.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: Company called threatening false legal action and upon calling refused to give information about the company or the debt.

I was contacted at my employee phone number on August 27, 2014 at approximately 12:30 pm. The message left stated the following (summarizing):

The voicemail began with a computer voice asking for me, then a live female voice explained how my SSN was linked to fraudulent activity, but did not go into detail about WHAT fraudulent activity was alleged. There was more computer voice with a case number, then the live female voice stated how I needed to call someone before a summons was going to be issued at my work or home. Then a computer voice left the phone number ###-###-#### and a live female explained how I needed to contact the legal dept at this number.

Upon calling the number, I was on hold almost 10 minutes before a representative came to the phone. I asked the name of the company and he said he was the Information Center for National Attorneys Network. I inquired as to if they work with real attorneys and at that point he became angry with my asking questions and told me to give him my case number. Upon my refusal, he stated he would not give me any more information and told me not to call the office anymore and hung up.Desired Settlement: Do not call my place of employment and cease any further contact with me.
