Update---- Yesterday I reviewed all paid out accounts from 10/ There were accounts, and there are other accounts with reporting errors exactly like yours I did not notice any common issues with these accounts as compared to the other accounts I reviewed 100% of accounts that paid out in 9/and 11/and all are reported correctlyI called my software company yesterday and they called me back today They say it is an unknown glitch They are going to do an upload to my system to correct the error As of my conversation with them today they could not give me an exact date when the upload will be done I will advise you when I hear back from them I will be in the office tomorrow but will be out of the country on vacation from 5/20/thru 5/29/17, returning to work on 5/30/

Update----  Yesterday I reviewed all paid out accounts from 10/16.  There were 18 accounts, and there are 5 other accounts with reporting errors exactly like yours.  I did not notice any common issues with these 6 accounts as compared to the other 12 accounts.  I reviewed 100% of accounts that paid out in 9/16 and 11/16 and all are reported correctly. I called my software company yesterday and they called me back today.  They say it is an unknown glitch.  They are going to do an upload to my system to correct the error.  As of my conversation with them today they could not give me an exact date when the upload will be done.  I will advise you when I hear back from them.  I will be in the office tomorrow but will be out of the country on vacation from 5/20/17 thru 5/29/17, returning to work on 5/30/17.

[redacted],I am Greg R[redacted] the General Manager of National Auto Acceptance Corp.  I received the above complaint today at 2:30 and have done nothing but work on it since that time.  I consider my credit reporting to be a very serious matter and I will resolve this issue.We report to [redacted] and [redacted] is reporting a “—“ where it should be reporting “$0” balance, and TransUnion is reporting “$1,502” (your last balance before paying it off) balance where it should be reporting a “$0” balance.  I acknowledge that these are incorrect.  I have reviewed all of your personal information (birthday, ss#, address) are correct in my software as compared to your application.  I next “spot checked” 10% of the other accounts that paid out the same month as you.  I found one account with similar errors.  I then “spot checked” 10% of paid out accounts the month before and after you, and found no errors.Tomorrow I will “spot check” 100% of the accounts that paid out the same month as you did.I will give you an update tomorrow on what direction I will be going.I have managed an auto loan portfolio for 26 years.  I will get this error corrected.Sincerely,Greg R[redacted]
