Phony, Deceptive Mail
Their letter states "Official Business", "Penalty for Private Use, $300", "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED", "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED", "Call to verify the below information". They provide a year and vehicle make of a vehicle I never owned. When questioned on that they say it is just an example, and describe the partial VIN as a mock VIN. Taylor, who received my call, calls the letter as an offer, a.k.a. solicitation, although the letter does not identify itself as such.

Scam Mailers
No company name on mailers, no return address, get two or three mailers a month. At least! Even left me an obnoxious voicemail that I have not called them to buy a warranty. Total scam all the way.

Unsolicited Mail
This company obtains the date your warranty expires on a car purchase and then sends out unsolicited letters stating FINAL NOTICE and of course continues to send them. The letters have no company name or address, just the 1-888-664-0447 number. Why would anyone do business with a company like that? Apparently the dealer sells the warranty information to these marketing snakes and they send these creepy notices out to the owners.

Obvious Scam
This is at best a scam - aka Warranty Assurance

I purchased this warranty approximately four months ago. I called the number on the bank card and no one would get on the phone. The number didn't belong to National Auto Alliance. It went to another payment system. I called this company last week to cancel the policy. Initally, he was unable to get in contact with the company. Then my wife called and they answered. When I finally get in contact with them, they told me I needed to send them a letter to cancel with my VIN number and the license plate number.

contacted us on 10/2/2020 to cancel the coverage plan on his 2017 Kia Optima. He was instructed to send in a LOC (letter of cancelation) with the proper information needed to make sure they get back every dollar he deserves. We have had this policy cancelled out since of 10/2/2020. At this point we have refunded 100% of any and all money *** has put into this policy. We have sent a check in the amount of $816.32 to the address on file. Check number 1029. We hope this is everything he wanted, if there is anything else we can help *** with we encourage him to contact our customer service directly ***. We look forward to hearing from all parties involved.

because the business debuted my card every month to take the funds.... why can’t they put it back as quickly as they took it!!!
