On January 13th, I walked into the All-Seal Home Improvement Show room to be greeted with a smiling sales manager, Walt and a breath taking showroom I was looking to replace our four kitchen windows from the 1930's with charm and character After walking around I found them The sales manager shared all the attributes of the windows and answered my questions and asked important questions for me to consider On January 16th, the sales manager arrived at our home to look at our current windows and answered all my husband's questions My husband made the appointment for the measuring of our new windows
On February 17th, the door bell rang at 8:and the window installers, Don and Mitch arrived to install the the four windows which were beautiful Both gentlemen worked as a team and had to call for more supplies for the installation of the windows As each window was installed I was encouraged to ask questions and take pictures to send to my husband and family who were at work The windows are amazing The windows appearance helps reflect the look of the wood windows they replaced We cannot believe how much quieter the kitchen is due to living on a busy street and gas lines being replaced Outside it looks as if the windows have always been there

My wife and I purchased a NEW steel door from All SealIt came with a HUGE scratch on it, and the installers told us that All Seal will have to order us a new doorBefore the installers left our residence, the put our doorknob on backwards(They did not return to fix it) months later our new door comes inThe installers come out to replace the doorWRONG SIZE DOOR! Also, the first doors^ deabolt DIDNT EVEN LOCKWe have been locking a deadbolt that didn't even have the mechanisms to lock! Wow!! I called KIM at the All Seal office, who is very unprofessional and she blamed it on the manufacturingMy wife and I are expecting compensationHopefully, everything will get solved in a timely fashion before we take our next step to handing this problem over to our attorney

I have also called All-Seal to repair window screens damaged by critters, which they do right on the spot. Over the years, I have noticed that All-Seal's dedication to providing outstanding service in a timely manner has never waned. These days, such companies are rare!
