Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe are denying this answer because, the salesman Alan told us as well as our mechanic that the wheel drive actuator had just been replaced by their mechanics at the lotAlan also assured us and our mechanic that all fluids had been freshly changedAs our mechanic told us, the actuator is inside the transfer case and we had no oil in the transfer case when we took it to the transmission shopThe transmission shop said that there are no leaks and it is obvious to him that whoever drained it, never refilled itThe transfer case is a sealed unit with no dipstick to check the oil levelEven still, our transmission shop as well as our personal mechanic said that unless it is leaking or there is something wrong with it, a transfer case typically should not be openedYes, we all took the word of the salesman to be true, which perhaps we should not haveUltimately, we are now stuck with a vehicle needing repair because your mechanics didn't double check their workThis also leads me to question if the actuator was ever actually changed! It is unfortunate that this happened, but in the end it just shows that the company doesn't care as long as they get their money! Regards, [redacted]
