National Auto Exchange, Inc Reviews (3)

09/30/2015l, Jeremy T[redacted], on behalf of National Auto Exchange do hereby reject the complainants previous response due to untruthfulness.1) We were never informed of any problems regarding the rear main seal on the vehicle in question. In fact, the complaint has never document any problem of this nature to the Revdex.com. 2) National Auto Exchange did not install any muffler on thevehicle.3) The belt on the vehicle was in perfect working order and did not require replacement 4) Why would the steering u joint need replaced at least 4 times? If a new part was put on the vehicle, it is not likely that a part Would wear out so quickly. That fact has nothing to do with National Auto Exchange5) It has been documented that the complainants own service garage had examined the lower control arms and found no fault in those parts.6) The stabilizer links were examined by three different repair shops on five different days, and found no fault in those parts.7) National auto exchange does not perform factory recall service8) When the complainant left with the vehicle the was no problem with the ABS system, furthermore, there were no dash lights illuminated to indication an ABS problem9) The brakes were measured by two different repair shops and were found to be far above PA state inspection requirements.10) The AC condenser is not faulty, in fact the AC still works in the vehicle.11) The windshield wiper was examined by [redacted] and it was found to have tree sap on the rubber portion. It has been documented that the service tech cleaned the wiper with tap water and the wiper then functioned fine. It was further noticed that the vehicle had tree sap in other areas, suggesting that the complainant parked the vehicle under a tree.National Auto Exchange will no longer be responding the any complaints from the complainant.

I am rejecting this response because:The dealer is obviously missing the point of this whole claim, which is to let the general public know that he is selling lemon auction cars at premium prices. The car has had to be in the shop more than any car I have ever owned.I have attached multiple evidenciary support documents to show the parts that had to be fixed. I do have many, many more.  I was only initially asking for what he promised me. Fixing the serpentine belt. However, now that he has lied multiple times in his responses and has refused to do the right thing by fixing the car,  I am listing for everyone to see on the Revdex.com site just exactly what kind of cars he is selling on his lot and you can be assured I will DEFINITELY post on social media all responses he has made in regard to this claim so that this will not happen to another customer. As follows: To note the car needed to have repaired : REAR MAIN SEAL * over a $800.00 fix for this alone!muffler that either the dealer or his garage put on BACKWARDS the serpentine belt had to be replacedthe steering U joint had to be replaced at least 4 timeslower control arms (both)Stabilizer links (both)open recall for the electronic steering controlan ABS  bad sensorABS tone ring * which required the replacement of an entire AXLEBrakes The Air conditioning condensorwindshield wiper on driver sideIf the dealer was selling this car for 10000.00 like he said (which he wasn't but close to that amount) with the above list of issues/ repairs,  he is the most shady, underhanded, and despicable dealer that I have ever met.You can be assured from this point on I will be retaining legal representation for recompense for the expenses I have incurred to date.I look forward to the public response to this claim.

On 03/23/2016 [redacted] purchased 2007 [redacted]. We sell all our vehicles with outside Warranties. We also insure that all our vehicles are PA state inspected. We have never told [redacted] that the Warranty covers everything. We explained to him that we are not the warranty company and that...

National Auto Exchange is responsible for 0% parts & 0% labor (see attached) buyer's guide. On 09/20/2016 six months later, [redacted] took his vehicle to a [redacted] repair shop. He stated there was an issue with the brake lines. We told him to contact the warranty company. Once again we told [redacted] we are not the warranty company. And to contact [redacted]. Who is responsible for the warranty of his [redacted]. We recommended he contact [redacted] a State inspection Garage because they are a reputable company in conclusion [redacted]'s Complaint should be with his Warranty Company not National Auto Exchange
