09/30/2015l, Jeremy T [redacted] , on behalf of National Auto Exchange do hereby reject the complainants previous response due to untruthfulness.1) We were never informed of any problems regarding the rear main seal on the vehicle in questionIn fact, the complaint has never document any problem of this nature to the Revdex.com2) National Auto Exchange did not install any muffler on thevehicle.3) The belt on the vehicle was in perfect working order and did not require replacement 4) Why would the steering u joint need replaced at least times? If a new part was put on the vehicle, it is not likely that a part Would wear out so quicklyThat fact has nothing to do with National Auto Exchange5) It has been documented that the complainants own service garage had examined the lower control arms and found no fault in those parts.6) The stabilizer links were examined by three different repair shops on five different days, and found no fault in those parts.7) National auto exchange does not perform factory recall service8) When the complainant left with the vehicle the was no problem with the ABS system, furthermore, there were no dash lights illuminated to indication an ABS problem9) The brakes were measured by two different repair shops and were found to be far above PA state inspection requirements.10) The AC condenser is not faulty, in fact the AC still works in the vehicle.11) The windshield wiper was examined by [redacted] and it was found to have tree sap on the rubber portionIt has been documented that the service tech cleaned the wiper with tap water and the wiper then functioned fineIt was further noticed that the vehicle had tree sap in other areas, suggesting that the complainant parked the vehicle under a tree.National Auto Exchange will no longer be responding the any complaints from the complainant

On or about April of *** *** had begun calling National auto exchange with the purpose of obtaining a new vehicle*** had called and inquired about seven different vehicles on the lot and financing options*** had stopped calling on or about May 2nd because she felt she
was not "getting a good deal"On Saturday July 18th at approximately hours, *** arrived at National auto exchange and spoke with myself, Jeremy T***, and advised me that she needed a new vehicle TODAYShe further mentioned that obtaining financing for her might be a challengeOnce *** finally settled on a *** ***, accepted her application at approximately hoursNational auto exchange normally closes at hours, however I had made an exception in order to assist ***s plan to obtain a vehicle immediately.Once the approval from Credit Acceptance was received, *** begun complaining regarding the price of the vehicleThe listed sales price of the vehicle was $10,*** continued to claim that the pricing was unfair until I was given permission to reduce the price of the vehicle to $*** was still dissatisfied, however, advised her I could not reduce the price any furtherI had offered her a two year warranty four different times during the application, however, she continuously declined*** stated she did not need itShe agreed on the purchase price and the contract was completed*** has in fact received copies of the contractPrior to her departure she stated that she believed she had heard a belt drive noise, which I could not hearOnce she left National Auto Exchange, she had gone to "a friends garage" to have him examine the vehicleOn Monday July 20", *** had called into National Auto Exchange and spoke to myselfShe stated that a "friend' who she would not identify, looked at the vehicle and Stated it needed both sway bar end links and a beltShe advised me that her friend was going to fix anything that was wrong with the vehicle and he would bill us for the cash paymentI quickly advised *** that a will not authorize a friend to do any work on the vehicleI then checked the file for the vehicle: noticed that the vehicle had just passed PA state inspectionThis lead me to believe that the parts *** are claiming are faulty, could not be.On Saturday July 25th, *** came back to National auto exchange with a list of items she wanted replaced*** stated she wanted both front sway bar end links, both front ball joints, four wheel speed sensors, all four brakes and rotors, two new axles, two new wiper blades, a full detail and clean, and a full tank of gasI asked why she wanted all of these items repaired when I was certain they were not faulty*** advised that a friend told her the items were badreminded her that she purchased the vehicle as is and that National auto was not required to take any action regarding these requestsI sent her down to *** *** so they could re-examine the vehicle because I wanted her to be satisfiedOnce she arrived, she demanded all items on her list be replaced*** at the Berwick *** *** called me and advised that one battery in one wheel Speed Sensor was badHowever, this was not a State inspection item*** had further advised that they looked over the entire vehicle and could not see any defective parts*** stated she had heard noise in the front of the vehicle while drivingI advised *** to change both front sway bar end links even though they were completely passable for PA state inspectionI also advised him to replace the one wheel speed sensor rather than replace the battery*** also cleaned the tree Sap off of the windshield wipers which made them work properlyNational Auto Exchange paid the entire bill*** left the Berwick *** *** and within minutes was at the Mountain Top PA *** *** with a complaintShe stated she still heard a noise in the front of the vehicleThe Mountain Top *** *** could not find a Cause or any faulty parts on the vehicleThey stated the only possible noise might be the steering shaft couplerI gave the permission to replace the part even though they advised me it may not need replacedOn Monday the 27", *** was at the *** dealership and called National auto exchangeShe stated that the vehicle would need about $worth of work to bring it up to her standardsI had asked *** what was wrong now and she stated she wanted new axles, new master cylinder, new ABS unit, new A/C condenser and some other itemsOnce I spoke with the mechanic at the *** dealer, he advised me that *** brought the vehicle to the dealer and told them to make like newThe dealer explained that none of the above parts were faulty, but are used parts since it was a used vehicleShe wanted all parts replaced that may fail anytime in the futureAt this point advised *** that I will not authorize any other repairsShe called the office again and again throughout the week of the 27thShe ended up at the Mountaintop *** *** again on August 3rd claiming she had brake loss from time to time*** *** called me at a loss, notable to identify any problems with the braking System and they could not get the vehicle to duplicate the same problem*** then called National the following day and advised me that she wanted a new belt on the vehicleI advised *** that would no longer be taking her phone calls and any further calls could be deemed as harassment and punishable under title of the PA crimes code
