***'s carWhen we finished the car the car left the shop in perfect conditionThe next day Mr*** called to complain that there was a scratch on his windowI told him that it was impossible but I told him to bring the car in the shop and I was going to check it out for himWhen he brought his car to the shop his window tint did have a scratch, I told him I would change the tint for himBut he started to get aggresive and started yelling profanities and then I told him to leave and to return when he was in a calm state of mind and when he is ready to talk to me in a proper manner without swearingWhen I told him that he took out his cellphone and started to take photos of me and the rest of the employees and kept swearing at us he also started to threaten us that he was going to give us bad reviews all over social media and kept talking nonsence that had nothing to do with the window tintI NEVER TOLD HIM THAT THE WARRENTY DIDNT COVER HIS WINDOW TINTI simply didnt do his window tint because Mr*** came to the shop already aggresive and yelling profanities even after I told him I would his window tintI dont know why he said he went to another shop to get his window tint fixed knowing he had the guarentee with our shop all I asked is for him to come back when he was calm and to talk to the proper vocabulary
