About three months ago I purchased a vehicle from one of the dealers that work with National Auto LendersMy credit was not good and is still not too favorableI have health issues and consequently my two payments have been lateI received a call from the dealer that I had to return the vehicle because National Auto Lenders don't like for customers to be late during the first three months of the accountEven after the late payment was made the dealer still had me to turn the car inThey did not seem to be concerned about helping like they sayI must add that when I spoke with the people they seemed to be alright but apparently different people were talking with the dealerI kept trying to tell the dealer that the folks I talked to seemed to want to help but he kept telling me he was getting different informationThere should be the same information going to the customer as that going to the dealer

So far they seem to be pretty forgiving when it comes to late payment or missed paymentThey will call and call, but if you tell them you dont have it at the moment they will understand and work with youhowever...........Ive had my car for going two years and they wont let me refinace, granted when I tried to refinance I had not missed any payments nor was I late on anyLong story short they dont refinace!!!!! which is not a good deal for meWhen I signed the agreement I was told they did refinace that was one of the main reasons I went with them

I purchased a vehicle in Oct In January of my loan was transferred to National auto lenders I always paid my monthly payment on time In Aug of I was able to pay off my loan early National auto lenders deducted $ from my final payoff amount I am a very satisfied customer and if need be I would finance with them again
