If you are seeking arbitration through the Revdex.com, you will need to get in contact with them.Again sorry that you feel the way you do about the service you received, but we in good faith made repairs to your vehicle when you purchased it in AprilWe are not and cannot be liable for damages or mechanical issues to your vehicle this far after purchaseIf you feel our repair shop is not a price you feel is acceptable, again you may take your vehicle anywhere to be repaired at your expense

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The sales man that I spoke with was Badain (sp?), the kicker is when I called back in to the dealership and asked for a sales manager I was given him againHe is NOT a manager at that dealership so why I was given him to begin with is beyond meSecondly what dealership does not accept Car Fax? The damage occurred and I know it was more then a dentI have a brother that is a real sales manager for Toyota and he confirmed with me that "structural damage" is more than a dent especially with a side swipe accidentThe point I am trying to make is if the dealership was honest up front I would have never bought this car from themIt has lost significant value due to the car accident and now I am going to be out with a "trade" if that is all they offerI want the full value of what I owe on the car and I would like to walk or they can give me that amount on a trade but I will not take less than $15,for the car Sincerely, Jessica Z***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The payment has been sent to Bonneville in the promised amountThe initial check in question was not blank for me to fill out it was given to me by my insurance companyit is purposely made out to the institution who financed my car so the customer (myself) cannot cash itI got a written statement from Progressive Insurance and U of U Federal Credit Union stating there is no reason why National Auto Plaza could not cash the checkand I was not aware the check needed a signature Adeem told me it had been cashed and it was taken care of! bottom line I drove there a total of times to get my car fixed and not one time was I asked for a signature.yes they did fix my cooler but they denied fixing my faulty brakes because of the check not being receivedAdeem contacted me four or so days later telling me I could go pick up the brake pads and rotors so I can fix my car myself because the check had been received and everything was done in good standingthat's what I was told I would hardly consider this customer satisfaction considering I was thrown the parts and told to do it myself! they are trying to glorify the fact that they fixed my car but it was not that easy it was a fightI also have a paper from their repair shop that says cooler has been replaced brakes to be fixed pending receipt of check (this is before I got the parts)I did not fail to pay! the check was in their possession the whole time and no one ever asked for a signature from me or my husbandThis is what was told to me after they sent it to Bonneville collection'swhoever is answering back obviously has no clue as to what's going on because nothing in this answer is remotely close to what happenedI would have been more than happy to sign the check but I was never asked tono one ever informed me that they had it and that it needed a signature until after the factI was told from day one by salesmen Alex that it would be taken care ofhe rambled on about how he cared about customer service and how important the customer is so I believed him and thinking that he was going to get the check and giving my information to Ali I figured the situation would be taken care ofthe only thing I'm guilty of is trusting this sheisty placeI have plenty of proof to show that the NP'S statement is false! I want to know who the boss of that institution is so I may have a chance to plead my case to him because I do have documentation that I can't show on this website but would like a chance to show to the real boss so I can get this taken care of because right now I'm not being treated fairlyand if they truly care about customer service then this matter should not be a problemI did everything I could on my part my insurance company said they sent the check to Ali and it was cashable I never heard from National Auto Plaza after that so I thought we were in the clear until collections called me.but never was I asked by collections for my signatureeven though progressive and University of Utah said it was not necessarywhether or not they want to hear it they screwed upI hope that consumers can see this and their responses so they think twice before shopping thereall I can do is hope that no one else has to go through what we've been through since May of this yearall I want is the fees waived because it was wrongfully sent to collections I don't want anything else! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They told myself and my wife and my oldest son that we had days no questions asked to return the truck for a total refund or a trade in I am willing to trade the truck in but they are saying that the truck which I never took possession of and is still on their lot is going to loose 5-thousand dollars in value because of trading it in! This is such a scam and is totally wrong I never took the vehicle and I'm loosing value on it They never said that if we traded the truck for another one we would loose thousands They are the being crooks and trying to take advantage of a customer! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] National Auto Plaza is taking advantage of their customers I know of three other people that are going through the same thing I don't want other people to have to be pressured into buying anything I wanted out of the deal but they wouldn't give me my keys back to the car I was trading They are thugs and bullies!!! I would like to go to arbitration but I'm leaving for business for the remainder of this month What is my next step when I return?

Honestly the only thing that would truly resolve this issue would be to give me something worth what you scammed me out of

Customer did in fact take the vehicle to her mechanic and did in fact report a check engine problemThe manager suggested she take it to a mechanic near the Murray location to be fixedas the customer was not happy with the fix, he then refered her to our sandy location to have our repair facility fix the issueUnfortunately we only have one repair shop and it is at our Sandy locationOn 01/10/the vehicle was brought to sandy and the code showed that a Purge Valve needed to be repairedAt that time they did in fact replace the purge valveIf the purge valve is faulty, the service department will warranty and stand by the repairAs to the tires being at half life, this is not an IM or safety issueWe also on 12/27/replaced the battery as promised to the customerI am not aware, nor do I understand the Bonus issue that is being refered toIf you would like to clarify, I would be happy to address itAgain if you feel that the valve is faulty you may contact our service department at 801-545-and they can look at it

I spoke with the customer yesterday (Monday the 28th) They informed me that their vehicle had over heatedThe customer also stated they wanted to bring the car back based on a lemon lawI informed them that this vehicle does not qualify for lemon law and that they were aware that this vehicle was as isI also asked if they had the vehicle looked at, I was informed that they had not and they assumed it was the radiatorI did let them know at that time that the vehicle was purchased as is and that we do not inspect these vehiclesBecause of the year and price, these vehicles are for sales on an as is basis onlyWe do not inspect, nor do we permit these vehiclesThe customer is aware that they must have the vehicle inspection and emission done themselvesAs to the title for this vehicleCustomer is correct in stating we have hours to provide titleThe vehicle was purchased on Friday and title is/was available to pick up on MondayCustomer did not contact the dealer in regards to the titleThey may do so, to make arrangements to pick up, call 801-545-and speak with our title clerk

National Auto Plaza offers Warranty and Gap coverage to our customers as an added benefit for the welfare of your care and the customerVehicles are purchased as is and usually do not have any manufacture warranty left on the vehicleWear and tear in guaranteed on a vehicle especially the amount you stated you driveThe motor vehicle contract of sale that you signed is detailed line by line with every charge, also you signed the warranty paperworkI am sorry you did not feel you understood what you were signingHowever the warranty is an aftermarket product and can be canceledThis funds would be sent to your financial institution and will be applies to the balance of your loanIt will not change the terms of your loan or payment but will reduce the total balanceIf you feel you still would like to cancel the warranty than please come in and fill out cancelation paperwork to be submittedIf you would like more information about the warranty and how it can protect you, I wiould be glad to explain it to you.Thank you, Serelle T***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not asking for any compensation for the fact that I was sold a defective vehicle by deceptive dealershipI am however after reviewing the inspection, asking that the charge of $I was charged for ETCH be refunded as well As you can see on the inspection report, ETCH was also not requested by me but was completed also months prior to my purchase and therefore I shouldn't be held responsible paying for it either.I do understand the "paid to public officials" fees now and agree that should not be refunded However,I am now demanding that I be refunded a total of $448.95, ($for the expired inspection I received, $for the ETCH that was already done on 9/16/16)I think after reviewing the attached document, you will understand my requests Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Depending on the vehicle purchased, miles, and modelThere may only be a specific warranty that would be available for the vehicleWe are just an administrator of the warranty sold therefore we cannot govern what is covered and whenThe warranty is not a product of National Auto PlazaHowever if you are dissatisfied with the product, it is cancelableYou may fill out a cancellation form and submit to our accounting department for processingAgain, our service department is very friendly and professional, they will be able to get the we owe items done in a timely and professional mannerI cannot help the way you feel, but I assure you as a professional business you have no need to worry or feel there would be retaliationYou are a customer of our business and would be treated as suchAgain the inquiries are pulled as they are submitted to lenders, in agreement with us finding you financing your information is submitted to lenders and they do look at creditIf you feel it is in error than you will need to dispute them with the credit reporting agency

Again, the inspection for dealers is good for monthsAs you see with the documentation I provided earlier, you can see the inspection falls within that time frameI included the information that states so from the Motor Vehicle departmentThe inspection was valid and used to license your vehicleEtch was included and disclosed on your contract that was signed by youThis product is not cancelable as it is already in useI am glad you have an understanding of the registration fees ectAs these fees are collected and paid to the state of Utah

***, sorry to hear of your concernBeing that these are used vehicles we do not always have a second keyYou are correct, as we do include the second key with the license plates if we have themUnfortunately we did not have second keys on either of the vehicles you purchased, therefore were not included with your platesI pulled your we owes from your car deals and it does not look like that was discussed or promised at the time of saleIf you would like to order 2nd keys, my parts department would be happy to help you with that, I can authorize them to get you keys at our cost, It would however be at your expenseI am sorry if you were passed around, as the salesman are not authorized to make decisions in regards to expensesI feel there may have been some miscommunication in this case and I do apologize
