Just recently received notice of this complaint this week in my email so I am responding now. Most of what this customer has stated is far from factual. Customer has put almost 9k miles on the car since we put the motor in the car the first time, the paperwork they signed shows mileage at time of...

purchase and I can check the dash currently and show what mileage the car currently has to prove it. Car was not in the shop 7 times that to is false, by my record it has been in the shop 3 times before plus this final issue which makes 4 times. The shop upon review showed the motor was damaged from running out of oil, when I asked the customer they said they shouldn't have to change the oil. A car without oil cannot hold up and that is what happened here. Furthermore the selling price of the car was 7995. the car came with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty which also was expired at this time, and with a warranty they wouldn't cover the damage deemed negligence. We offered to help the customer repair the car by putting the cost of the motor on to the account but she would have to come up with some money up front to help them out. Anytime we spoke to customer she would scream and holler and curse at myself and my employees. We always returned customers call and tried to explain the situation, she also cursed out the finance company as well as the mechanic shop. Customer is extremely unreasonable and very rude. We have tried to help her as best as we could outside of the current contract but she has no desire to listen to what anyone else has to say. Customer has not honored her end of the contract and wants to argue about everything. Can submit proof if needed or would be more than happy to discuss over the phone.

On Monday April 3rd, 2017 someone called into our office about an issue with car. We are not sure if it was the customer herself or her daughter. At that time the salesperson explained they are welcome to come up but that the manager who they would have to speak with is off on Tuesdays and that is...

who they would have to speak with. The person on the phone stated that is the day she is coming on Tuesday. Again he tried to explain the person she needed to speak with is off on Tuesday so therefore no one could help her and she can speak with the manager on Wednesday. The call ended at this point. On Tuesday April 4th, 2017 the customer came to the office at approximately 11 am. With her were 2 females and a male. They were complaining about the vehicle the customer bought in September 2016 for $500. Down. There was no warranty on the car. It was explained we can only speak with the customer on in regards to the account and the family member did not like that, it was also explained that the salesmen could not help her at this time, the person she needed to speak with was off that day and would be back in Wednesday and she (the customer) may speak with the manager at that time. The female (screaming and carrying on was not the customer) speaking was getting loud and started cussing and  calling the salesmen names. At one point she was in the face of one of the salesman and threatened to spit in his face several times and kept referring to him as a redneck. They tried several times to diffuse the situation by telling them they needed to speak with a manager the next day but the customers family, specifically the female screaming did not want to hear it. The sales people also tried to explain you can not come in acting out of control and expect to get help. The car was purchased as-is in Sept 2016, there is no warranty on the vehicle. And what they were complaining about the car being broken was a maintenance issue they did not maintain or check on. The situation was out of control in the office with the female yelling and screaming and getting in the face of the salesmen as she was screaming threats at them. So one of the other salesmen told them he was calling the police to have them removed from the property due to the situation. Our salesman called 911 and an officer from [redacted] police department came right out. At this time the officer had the customer and her family leave the property.  Due to the privacy laws our company has a strict policy as to who we can speak with on the account, we deal with the customer on the account only, not family members or friends. The customers daughter came in with the intention of causing a problem not resolving a problem which is evident by her behavior and does not like that we will not talk with her  about the account or any situation regarding the account. Screaming, yelling and threats by anyone is not acceptable and will not be tolerated by our company. If a situation is out of control, like this one was we have a policy to call the police and remove the people from our property, as was done in this case. Upon receipt of this complaint, all notes in the computer system were reviewed (they are dated and time stamped by our software and can not be changed) all parties at the dealership were questioned privately and a review of cameras shows customer was flailing her arms throughout the whole incident, acting out of control and in the salespersons face several times before the police were called to respond.

Review: Purchased a vehicle, because the price of tax n tags were alil high, My payments were broken up in 2 payments. (tax n Tags), ...my first payment for tags would have been $440. I called left a message stating I would be making a 1 time payment for my tax n tags instead of 2 payments. I was told Ok, by whomever answered the phone. (temp tag was also due to expire (7-21), so before I made my tax n tag payment it would expire day before,. I received a call prior to me making my payment stating not to drive the car, because the temp tag expired, on the day of expiration. I also explained if I wouldnt be allowed to drive, why was that arrangement made in the first place to have my pymnts broken up. Make long story short... I drove vehicle about 3.5 weeks, out my downpayment, insurance cost, etc. I have asked for some kind of refund, being it as tho I didnt even get my tags ordered, but have yet to hear from company. Please get everything in writing. (also the check engine lite was on , which I pd to have turned off.) The vehicle was already very over priced, but now I feel I have been played. Used all my taxes for down payment.
