I bought a car April 13 and I made 2 car payments and my engine blew serpentine belt broke water pumped locked up. He has the car since memorial day weekend. He said someone would look at it to see if I'm at fault and if I'm not he will do a buy back. I said no. I went up there yesterday and he blew me off. I been contacting him and calling and no response. He is not trying to give me my money back or negotiate anything

I put a down payment of $700 on a ***. The guy who sold it to me told me in 2 weeks I had to give them another $600 as another down payment for the car we agreed I would pay it when I got paid. Couple weeks go by they repo the car I ended up having to pay $600 plus the $350 repo fee. After that my payments begin, didn’t have the car for more than 2 weeks and it broke down. I paid for the labor and parts got it fixed on my own. A week later the fuel pump goes out. The car sat for 2 weeks while I steadily made payments because I believed they were fixing the car. I finally get the car back, 2 days later there is gas leaking from the front of the car and it cuts off again. This time I drove it from out west to out East to the shop and once again the fuel pump went out. They fixed it 2 weeks later while I still continued my payments. A week later it happened again, fuel pump went out again. Car sat for a month before they could come tow it and give me diagnostics. After waiting another week they informed me there was nothing they could do more to the car and told me that we both took a loss. They didn’t try to give me none of my payment money back or even trade in the older car for a newer one. After so many times the car broke down with my kids in it or while I was at work. Poor customer service and buy here pay here wasn’t even 30 days before the warranty was up and the car was falling apart.

The Whole Staff is Bad from Sales man zeke And the foreigners owners and Curtis they All Want safe plus the should even be open from the emergency lock down and still repoing car even tho is a state of emergency

On April 28th, I saw a post on a local Facebook Group for a Ford F-150 for sale. The price was reasonable so I noted that I was interested in this vehicle and asked for a CarFax. Service history looked good and has a clean title. On May 1, 2019, my son and I visited this dealership, since the truck would be for him. We took it for a test drive and inspected the vehicle. I asked about the rust underneath and also a rattling noise we heard during the test drive. The sales person, Rami S, went with us on a second test drive. Rami stated that the rust ins no problem -- just normal for a 2005. He had a mechanic tighten a loose bolt to correct the problem with the rattling. We purchased the vehicle. Two days later, the truck wouldn't start. My son and his friend jumped the truck. The next day, May 2, we took the truck to our local, trusted mechanic at *** Automotive in ***. *** did a used car inspection and presented me with a report and photos. The rear leaf springs were broken -- so long ago that there was rust in the breakages. There were several codes that needed further diagnosis as well. Our mechanic was quite concerned about the rust throughout the underside as well. He quoted us over $2,000 in repairs. The next day, I authorized *** to order the parts and do the repairs. We brought the truck back on May 10th to do the repairs. The mechanic called me almost immediately. As they were lifting the truck to begin the repairs, the FRAME began to crush down. He declined the repairs noting that the truck is completely IRREPARABLE. My husband spoke with Rami, the salesperson the next day.of course, he refused to negotiate any sort of refund. He said he would leave a message for the owner to call us, which we are still waiting. We were definitely misled and sold an UNSAFE VEHICLE!
