This is in fact THE WORST experience everThe driver tells me he will arrive on 11/18/between and p.mThen it changed to 10a.mon the 19thThenot it turned to on the 19th and he's still not presentI called national auto shipping and the customer service lady was the rudest lady ever, she argued and yelled over me as I attempted to explain my issueNever ever again will I deal with these peopleIt's great that Manny is great but his team certainly don't hold themselves to the same standardIf this is how your treat customers and service members you should be ashamed of yourselves

Shippers damaged my vehicle (documented) and my efforts to get the shippers insurance providers have gone unanswered National Auto Shipping, Inc promote in their website and my initial email correspondence confirm that all vehicles shipped are insured

I used Ntional Auto Shipping to ship my car from Calirfornia to Minnesota. Very unprofessional, and lousy customer service throughout the experience. The driver was three days late picking up the car. He lied to NAS about being in touch with me, then missed several appointments to pickup the car. I eventually had to ask a neighbor to meet the truck. On drop off, the driver also missed the time windown he provided then demanded to be paid in cash (on a sunday). After going to the bank to pull money out of multiple accounts, he refused to provide a receipt.

Very sketchy, very unprofessional, rude. I would never use them again.
