I'm not having a good experience with National Auto SolutionsI bought a policy to reviewI choose not to purchase it, called and cancelled it within my first daysThey said they couldn't credit the down payment back to the card I purchased my plan with, they will send me a refund in the mailWeeks went by, no refund checkAs I'm reviewing my checking account, it comes to my attention, the first payment on my policy has been withdrawn from my checking account (for the policy I had already cancelled)Call NAS, first I was told my refund check was issued yesterdayThen once I asked why the first payment came out of my account, it was " oh, sorry our mistake, you will receive a "full" refund check in the mailSo, I ask "my down payment and the first payment"? Yes, in to daysmonth later now, I call ...nobody answers the phone!!!! Very unhappy customer! :(
