I returned the phone calls made after returning to town and  did respond via email on Wednesday informing Josh I would get back to him on Monday, which I did.  The numerous calls were uncalled for. After the complaint was filed, with the Revdex.com , they finally agreed to do what should have been months ago and promised by Josh after the third machine failed.  They have agreed to a full refund, but only after I drop the complaint and remove complaints from Google and one other site.

We just received a phone call from a lady and we are working to get a resolution to a problem with the cylinder.  I am awaiting an email with proof of damage to the cylinder.In the meantime I am submitting 2 documents supporting my claim that we are not responsible for the $600 the buyer claims as well as our warranty policy.We are always willing to work with our buyers even if it means going outside our normal warranty, however this buyer was not willing to work calmly and truthfully with us.  We also were not going to succumb to his extortion tactics that are laid out in the document with eBay messages.  I also have a message from the other seller who sold him a copy machine.  He was attempting extort money from that seller as well.  If you at the Revdex.com need that message please let me know.Hopefully the lady that has stepped in on the buyers behalf can be more reasonable.

We will be very happy to help this customer. I believe she is referring to a wheel balancer. Tire machines do not balance wheels. Her balancer is out of warranty and she does not want to pay for the parts she needs to solve her problem.We have service techs on hand to help her and will be glad to...

We are sorry if they did not provide you with the full details of the warranty, however that issue would be between yourself and complete hydraulics.  If someone at complete hydraulics told you the lift needs be replaced or a refund given, then you need to speak with them directly.  As with any manufacturer warranty, our warranty is not subject to change based upon the what a retailer did or didn't tell the buyer.  As far as a refund is concerned, we did not sell anything directly to you or collect any money from you.  We therefore do not have the ability to offer you any sort of refund, nor would that be in accordance with our warranty policy.If there are specific parts that you need, please email us a list of the parts and we will send them directly to you.
