I have a mortgae with National Bank of Canada. Mortgage Development Manager *** charged me appraisal fee of $276.85 in September 2018 and said he will credit me back.
After many emails and phone calls with ***, customer service and the branch at ***, Ottawa, finally Mr. told me that I should get the refund in mid of December 2018. However I still haven't recieved it. I followed up with Mr. in late Decmber and got no reply.
I have completely lost trust in this bank. Can you please help me to get the $276.85 back? Thank you very much!

Thank you for your help! I finally got refund of $276.85 on Jan. 28. However, I haven't got any reply or apology from *** or the bank on this matter.
